1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / 1st time btc-transaction failed and btc are gone... on: December 21, 2013, 11:32:32 PM
hi community!

i'm using btc now for almost 2 years and i never failed, when i moved some coins, but 2h ago, i've sent 0,96 btc from my "dagensia.eu" to my "blockchain"-wallet and waited.
usually it's on my account within 20 min. or something, but not this time. i've checked in my "dagensia.eu"-account and there is a failure msg. "processing failed". i've checked the way the transaction should have gone, but there ain't any record on "blockchain" either about this transaction. i'm pissed now, because this never happened to me. i've submitted a support ticket @ dagensia and hope, that my exchanger can help me? or what's the matter?

any idea what could have happened?

kind regards,
subhuman  Huh

edit 24.12.: dagensia got back to me and my btc were processed! all good! Smiley >>topic closed<<
2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: www.realgg.nl is a SCAM SITE on: October 16, 2013, 01:54:18 AM
i haven't done any business with "realgg.nl" yet. i've just ordered a visa card, where i should cash out btc's. the whole order process was a catastrophe. after i've paid, i received an automatic message, that my order will be processed as soon as possible. i waited about 3-weeks, but didn't receive a msg., that my card has already been shipped. so i urged via mail. they say, that the card is still processing & i should be patient. so i waited another 2-3-weeks. after this time, i warned "realgg.nl"-support, that i will declare their site as scam on several sites i know. (webpage-checker) in the end, it took 2 1/2 months till i received my "btc-credit card"... - but NOT the one i've ordered, with my real name on it! instead card holders name is "john do" or something...

now my question: i've read the thread and it obviously smells like scam, but were their any recent exchanges, etc. with this exchanger?

regards,

thanks god I didn't have any bc in my wallet, when i figured out, that i've lost my passphrase...
i thought, the problem would be fixed, when i just uninstall + install the bitcoin wallet again, but failed...
it's still locked and I can't change my passphrase or use my wallet!
seriously, how can I recover/ wipe the passphrase of my wallet?
...and yeah, i've used the search function before, but didn't find a proper answer to this question...  Sad
