Yes they are and i read in Mintsy forum somebody got refund for unworking contract, so i will take now everyday screenshot of 24h hashrate and i send those to Mintsy in next week hoping to get refund also.

To those with stuck withdrawals - try sending one brief, clearly stated and polite support ticket, detailing all the withdrawals that you have that are shown to be stuck "In Queue".  I think there is so much that needs fixing on the server that they don't know where to start.

If you still have a substantial investment in SCRYPT.CC, ie. you are currently holding a large amount of KHS, as distasteful as it may seem you have no choice at this point but to hope and pray that the site is not closing and we are going to see some positive changes in the very near future.  It sucks I know, but you actually have to think and speak positively of the site, and do not threaten, get angry, or bash it here or anywhere else, or your chances of recovering any amount of your money will only decrease - yes, this sucks, because you, me, and everyone else are probably out of your mind with justifiable anger right now.

Lastly, do yourself a favour, again if you have any substantial amount of money still in SCC  .. put all the attack dogs here on IGNORE - they have nothing of value to give you, they certainly will not provide you any good advice and they only decrease the chance that you will recover your money - they just want you to burn, like they have in the past .. this is why they are so vicious, because they lost their asses in similar circumstances, and they want you to feel as horribly as they do.  Just put them on ignore and focus on those things that will increase your chance of getting what YOU need - which is your money back, or as much of it as possible - bashing the site will not help you, trying to threaten those who run it will not help .. as crazy as it seems, you have to believe there is a future at scrypt.cc, now more than ever .. even if it is pure self-delusion (.. the attack dogs will have a heyday with that one .. I put it in just to watch them go apeshit and waste their miserable lives responding with messages I will not read).

There is a slim hope, that investments are being made in the site, and we will see some very real and positive change soon - no, there is no proof of this,  and yes there is a greater possibility that the show is already over .. ranting and raving and trying to warn others, and freak out on anyone who has anything positive to say about SCC, is an absolute waste of YOUR time - it will not help YOU, which is all that you should be thinking about right now .. YOUR MONEY .. not someone else's decision making process, point of view on cloud-mining or any other bullshit like that .. what do YOU need to happen right now, and what is the best way to increase the chances of it happening.

Trust me, there is no other way to go at the moment .. IGNORE the people who are laughing at you, and don't give a shit if you live or die right now .. think good thoughts, and you never know what may come of it.

If there are no signs of any change 'and' withdrawals get rolling again, sell and split asap. .. either something big and good happens, immediately, or there will be only one more week of operations at current levels, then rewards cut in half again .. and 3 days later it will be curtains.

Mining contracts typically become scams at some point.

Last time I checked, my contract hashrate using the mintsy.co LTC pool had flatlined again. I'm not interested in opening another ticket. meh.

How about we all demand a refund?
Hashrate is way below the contract, the external pols that were main decision point for many of us don't work and the mining revenue seems to be below the norm.
This sure as hell warrants a refund demand.

My 3 and 6 month deal workers in scrypt side been "inactive" for last 24h   .. not looking good at all. Also hashrate are way too low for a long time  

Is it really? To me it just seems like you can enable it, but it actually not works again at the moment - not mine at least. As far as I can see on the market history orders are still over 100 khs, but well it might come.
