@hawkfish: this is exactly the case i was living last summer:I'm sorry for you but you seems to have a dead controller....
The only solution for me was to RMA the controller....
But you're very lucky because now there is a king of the knc controller who can repair it (he's doing very goog work) with fair prices.

@lightfoot : What i know on the titan bridge leds:

first green led: closest to lcd display seems to refering to the micro-sd slot(because not working if micro-sd in bad position)
second green led:don't know anything 
third green led:don't know anything but my titan is working well without this led putted on.

I don't know if this could be very helpful....

Hello gentarkin!I think your idea of fan fail message on the lcd screen is a good idea because i use lcd screen.But i have a question :Is there a possibility to change the way that the cubes are detected by the controller?I still have problem with my titan who isn't working anymore since 2 months now just because cubes are not detected anymore.on the four cubes ,just one recognized by the controller in the dcdc's average temperature  column but not in the temperature column of the status page.i can't fix the problem and have no idea anymore....

Yes you are right i remember now the u16 on the boards are not tps 65217 but the chip for i2c/spi.
 

No it was on top of the molex connector on the controller.

Maybe under the lcd screen  on the controller?

Hello vegas i was searching about dcdc modules and found this page where you can download the datasheet of BMR m46X series.Don't know if it will help...this is the link:

But it seems that i am not the only one in this case because UserNaem seems to have a comparable issue with his controller too.I PM him but still wait his answer to know if he have found how to fix the problem.

The problem beginning when you have two green leds instead of three and when you lost the temperature of one cube on the main page of webgui.and one day after 4 cubes have no temperature and only one green led instead of three.since this the controller have infinite reboot issue and no more possibility to reset to factory default.

I know this reset procedure :5 time button pushed wait 5 seconds and again 5 time button pushed but in my case it doesn't work at all.
