I wont forget my coins.  They are mine!  I trusted them! I invested in them!   Ive answered all security questions!  I wont stop EVER until i get this resolved.  24/7 ill be all over the internet

Im going through nightmare with them as well. I had old cell phone number on my profile.  I decided i needed extra security so i enabled 2FA.  When i tried to change my phonr number it said it would email me link to change number.  Well email never came, and im unable to login to my account.   Everything is invested in my paxful wallet.  I have 2 kids and we have been broke since sunday.  I spend every minute for 4 days trying to contact them.  Ive got zero email replies.  Twice ive had "live" support reply , and instantly they are gone for another couple hours.    I answered all security questions validating ownership of mu account.   They assured me "admin" would contact me and remove 2FA.   IVE HEARD NOTHING! !!! Ive been on every social media site.   Ive been on forum that is highly monitored.  Ive posted thread here.   Its a unreal sitation.   I know they hear me, but wont even reply.   Does anyone have any advice? ??  Pleaae help

Ive been trying to get in contact with paxful for 4 days! Unable to login.  Ive send multiple emails with not one reply!  I csnt get sms code for 2FA so im unable to login.  Im desperate.   Live chat is the slowest ive ever seen im my life.  Ive got two replies out of 100!   I answered all security questions to validate ownership of account.  They say its bee. ForwArded to admin, but 4 days and NOTHING!  Im desperate and beggining to panic.   Why will no one help remove 2FA ADMIN?? 500 plus trades with yall and i have hundreds of email notifications saved which i can provide.   My email is derickallen2424@yahoo.com.  i will be here every day until this is resolved.

I NEED HELP!!  I had old phone number on my paxful account.  I decided i needed extra security, so i added 2FA so i could be more protected.  Afterwards i clicked "change number" tab.  It said an email would be sent with link to change number.  Then page refreshed.  Well, no email was sent and i was instantly locked out of my account without sms code which i obviously cant recieve.  Its been 4 days.   To say paxful has worst customer service on planet would be understatement.   Not a single reply to multiple emails.  "Live" chat takes hours to reply, if your lucky to get reply at all, and then hours more to reply again.   Phone numbet they have on site isnt answered and messages not returned.   When i got chat to help I GAVE THEM ALL verification questions, answered security questions, and was told admin would contact me and remove 2FA from ny account.    4 days and no word! Ive never experienced anything like this.   I feel like im being violated!   Ive done 500 trades with paxful and always trusted them.   I have two kids, and no money! All my money is tied up in my paxful wallet.    Can someone help? Advice?  I dont know what else to do.
