It's not the amount, and the decency of the pool.
I tested a few and so far "nicehash" pays automatically and accurately.
Started 3rd week when no payment 
Thats 0.0008 btc.. (0.23 USD) That is too low, payout starts at 0.001 btc - you have to mine some more.
@hoosen: sending the 1M MUE now.. I don't know anymore how much MUE i've already sent you to you now all together but I hope we're even out now... So for today your "missing" balance is 0 (zero).
