There's essentially no real harm done. Many of the primary account holders are sharing their accounts regardless. It only becomes a problem when idiots start messing with people Amazon orders, eBay, PayPal, etc. But even all that stuff is insured by the company or banks. So in the end it's only hurting the company.
So you think this is okay then? You think it's okay the company's aren't doing a better job? There's pros and cons. Peoples accounts that have been comprised will better educate themselves on security. Also company's will take security more seriously. I never said it was okay. |

Highly recommend not to download these as they might have back door access. Why would OP put a password on the zips? Because virus total can't scan it properly. Also both of these programs are probably patched. Take note OP has changed his password recently. Which leads me to believe his account has been compromised. Proceed with caution.

From what I read the primary method of exploit was closed today .... I'm guessing once existing "stock" is gone you will probably see most sellers disappear along with their "warranty" so use up what you have fast. Not only is the exploit closed now. I've read using gift cards for online orders is temporarily down as they're doing maintenance. |
