Please avoid this exchange, they take all of my FTM coins and never credited to my account, they said: our exchange use ERC-20, and you send via opera network, but they never, ever inform users what network use for FTM deposits.

Avoid to loose your money.

I can say they really are scammers, they just stole my 571 FTM , all my Fantom funds, I give them all proofs of deposit and screenshots of TX credited in their deposit Address, but it was never credited in my account.

I just tired of write them emails every day for the same matter, you can see other review of people with same problems:

Yes, I think Remitano is another of plenty scams out there, I deposited my fund there, and when I want to withdraw it is not possible. They ask to fill KYC, I do it, but they need plenty of photos a lot of times I have uploaded but they system ever reject them, they support via email is uselees. Please beware of them!
