1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [VIA] ★ Viacoin ★ ~ the future of digital currency ~ ★ on: July 26, 2016, 08:29:01 AM
you're mad you couldn't hear about it beforehand and make money from it is basically what I just read.
If that's true then I'm afraid you're not a very good reader Sad
How can I be mad about not making money when the price didn't go up on the news?
Come back when you've got some rep Roll Eyes

Who gives a shit a bout rep? Spending more time here is not a good thing. Someone fixed something for free for the community and all you contribute to the community is speculating and bitching about things and they're the jerk? You're previous comment to this:

The smart thing to do in this situation imo would be to move your wealth out of VIA and into XCP (because we know that XCP is going to port the EVM first), then take your profits and move back into VIA ready for the EVM port to Clearinghouse.

That's my plan at least  Smiley

Also, nobody gives a toss about the upcoming VIA halving so let's stop trying to pump that.
[/quote]

You would have sold or want to move your money out of VIA right now and clearly just want to know about upcoming news so you can accumulate coins, when someone does something you weren't aware off, boo hoo they're the bad guy for not tipping you off.

Why is it the culture in this thread to surprise dump information onto the community like it's a good thing?

Large projects like BTC announce upcoming features sometimes months in advance giving the community consciousness plenty of time to evaluate the increased value the update brings to the protocol and allows for gradual sensible price discovery.

Garbage teasers like “Something is coming soon” really tells us sweet FA. What are we supposed to do, guess the future and buy randomly in the dark?

The only thing this policy achieves is to fomo panic the thread participants and jar the price vertically forcing it into a severely oversold state, followed inevitably by an equally drastic pull back.
This is my main objection to the way in which Drak communicates with us.

It's also bad imo for the image of users and developers adopting this strategy because it gives them the opportunity to buy in immediately before the feature is implemented and financially rape the poor sods who were asleep when the announcement was made or didn't happen to be monitoring the thread just at the right moment.

Btw: still not done. More things to come  Smiley
Well why don't you stop being a jerk, act responsibly and tell us what these "things" are and when you expect to implement them??

Are you fucking retarded? He fixed the wallet for free and you're mad you couldn't hear about it beforehand and make money from it is basically what I just read. You're lucky any development is going on at all with this shitcoin, entire world doesn't cater to you and when you want things done or released, asshat.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WARP - Something different - VPN Wallet BETA Release - Bittrex/YoBit on: March 23, 2016, 02:12:34 PM
Hi, I've been following this coin since the first week and I just wanted to suggest to the dev to ignore everything going on in this thread and continue the great work you're doing. Bitcointalk threads seem to be an unfortunate formality and are usually a complete cesspool which is why I try to avoid this place as much as possible, this one has become no different seeing as the same children who run around this forum creating fear and doubt and getting in the way of good projects have shown up here. This is a good coin to stake and once development is finished I'm sure the project will be a great success and will offer many unique features. I agree there are no needs for updates unless there's actually something worth updating and all these people pressuring for updates are just trying to profit from your work while contributing nothing to the community. In wallet VPN services is no easy task so of course it will take time, the price of this coin is completely irrelevant right now and everyone dumping their coins are just sour they couldn't make a nice hefty profit within a month of the first release. Essentially all these people want to do is get a glowing update from the dev, price will rise, they'll dump their coins, they'll come back and say things like "well the update won't actually be or x amount of time" or "Dev hasn't been online in 12 minutes, omg", then price goes down and they buy back, rinse and repeat at the expense of the devs sanity. So keep up the good work and don't pay any attention to the brigade of spammers who don't actually care where the project is going just when they can dump their coins for the most profit. Projects of the quality are rare in crypto as most coins are just a clone of something else that's dead on arrival, so I encourage you to take your time and make sure everything is done well and not fast, good luck.

Strange coincidence.
You come from nowhere and were registered the 4th of Auguste 2015, 3 days after the dev.
Interesting how newbie here have a lot of XP in crypto but doesn't use their main user profile.

Perfect example right here ladies and gentlemen, what a joke. There must be thousands of people on this forum and because I made an account close to when the dev made an account we must be the same person, are you serious? This is my main and only account because I rarely if ever want to come here. Your account however is "senior" and what do you have to show for it? Lets have a look at your post history, see what gems we can find.

Comments from this thread alone:

"That's just crazy how he can react. It prouves once again how much he's not made for marketing and communication.
Perhaps a good dev but definitely not for the rest."

"Nope.
Because here and elsewhere the dev don't want an active community. Just count on u."

"children who are fighting for dinner.
Nothing else because the dev is not a "fan" of explanations and updates."

"So you're suggesting how to deal with them? Ouch be careful Shap doesn't want you or everybody here to teach him."

"when the coin will hit the 2/3$ you'll feel poor anymore."

"Wow big moves on Yobit 20+ btc volume nice !
43 btc volume for Yobit and Bittrex. Well done guys!"

So the dev is great when things are going great and when he makes some decisions you don't agree with or the price drops you turn on him. It's clear you are only concerned with the price of the coin and want the dev to produce a product as soon as possible or else you'll throw a hissy fit. I wonder why he doesn't want to come on here every day and chat with you lovely individuals.. probably the same reason other devs have chosen to open their own forums instead of having to deal with this nonsense.

People are bidding over 260k sats on Bluetrade and nothing to buy wtf, Anyone know whats decreds total supply, how much each airdrop gets, mining reward?

there is like 800k coins on airdop for free .....

also mining reward are like 13-15 coins per block on 5min block time

Thanks for the info! Seems like everyone who participated in the airdrop will receive a fair amount, decent mining rewards, will be interesting to see what the price finally becomes when the dust settles.

dit: ok apparently only 5k distributed for airdrop, changes thing quite a bit  Undecided

Ok thanks for the help everyone, sorry for the confusion, looks like I did send it to another exchange. Couldn't figure it out and thought I had only sent coins to bittrex and c-cex, forgot about yobit.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [RADS] Radium - Bringing Advanced Utility to the Blockchain on: January 31, 2016, 01:35:03 AM
Yes, here are a few screenshots of what I'm seeing, http://imgur.com/a/tIE8r

First pic shows what my current dashboard/wallet looks like, I sent out 2 payments that showed up no problem.

Second pic shows my transactions and shows 4497.82 RADS being sent out, I later changed my mind and wanted to send them back but that transaction does not show up here.

Third pic shows the funds showing up at Bittrex then being sent back out again.

Fourth pic shows my address book or addresses.

Fifth shows an address I should be able to receive payments to.

I'm unsure if I'm trying to send or receive payments to the correct addresses given the last 2 screenshots but everything had worked fine up until now.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [RADS] Radium - Bringing Advanced Utility to the Blockchain on: January 31, 2016, 12:45:29 AM
I have a problem, I sent 4497.62102223 RADS to my desktop wallet address: Xpm6jzkJH4ZMk3j2pAHBaxaHuFhiF37WeG, txID: c2404d36c39f408e85975d3aa8e370c1d56bdeffd276854bd2829f99dc7ea906 but the funds have not shown up or are not showing in that wallet address since yesterday when transacions were very fast up until now. The exchange I sent them from says the withdrawal has cleared on their side, has this been an issue for anyone else or should I update the wallet in some way? I'm quite interested in this project and was receiving decent rewards from staking this week but if these coins don't show up I won't be buying any more and may just dump the rest of the coins I have since I can't be sure coins I send between wallets will even show up at the other side of the transaction. If someone knows  the solution to this or has experienced this problem already help would be greatly appreciated.
