4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bad Day for Bitcoin. Cryptsy finally admitted theft and Mike Hearn tells truth on: January 15, 2016, 04:28:22 PM
big companies claiming bitcoin stolen are just fake...

they just want to hide their crime...

5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bad Day for Bitcoin. Cryptsy finally admitted theft and Mike Hearn tells truth on: January 15, 2016, 03:18:20 PM
Think positive...

such thing is not new (not atleast to bitcoin)...

Bitcoin has survived in the past and will survive this too...

as to Mike Hearns statement, It just show his frustration as to things did not go as he wanted to....

The only concern probably is the chines companies having most of the miners... that can be resolved...

there is nothing to worry much,...

(this is my personal view... I donot even have 1 BTC .... Tongue )
6  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain under DOS! on: December 28, 2015, 05:52:23 PM
you used the wrong word, should be the blockchain.info, not blockchain itself, so i think should edit your thread, and you know btc is decentralized, so under DOS is impossible imo, and the site is usually down, so this news is not news any more, they should hire more security engineers cause they profited a tons of money everyday.

corrected already

sorry for any misunderstanding....
7  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain under DOS! on: December 28, 2015, 05:51:22 PM
use another blockexplorer as a back up like this http://btc.blockr.io/ and don't even think to use it as a wallet...

I think It would be best to use a desktop wallet like electrum
that way you will always be in full control rather than depending on third party....
8  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain under DOS! on: December 28, 2015, 05:47:13 PM
What do you have evidence that blockchain being in DOS? I do not want to believe in something without evidence because some time ago I can access blokchain very easily, whether there are other people who get the information that ??  Sad

check twitter.com/blockchain
9  Economy / Web Wallets / Blockchain under DOS! on: December 28, 2015, 05:25:58 PM
Just  tried to check an address on blockchain.info and it was inaccessible...

Their twitter account tweeted that Blockchain.info is under DOS attack!!!

Anyone got more info??

no malware here ?

no way.. you can check yourself
11  Other / Off-topic / Re: ePay.info quick earning android app on: December 09, 2015, 12:49:54 PM
Are you guys still using my app Huh

ePay has added new feature of "extra reward" where you can get 2000 extra satoshis per claim.
you just need to catch a randomly moving "rabbit" after faucet claim.

Its easy. I myself caught many times and got the extra rewards.

Its actually more profitable now as compared to others like faucetbox.

here is a screenshot my claims

13  Other / Meta / Re: HYIP SCAMS - We need to do something on: December 08, 2015, 03:18:02 PM
Hello Friends,

HYIP Scams have a long history in the internet.
And with bitcoin HYIPS, almost 99.99% turn out to be scammers.

<snip>

I personally have been scammed many times. Almost every little satoshi I earned from faucets have been eaten up by scammy Hyips.

<more snippage>

Good day. Smiley

So, what exactly is your problem? Are you a slow learner or just let greed get the best of you? The vast majority of these scams are quite easy to spot.

i just want to see solution to these scammers
14  Other / Meta / Re: HYIP SCAMS - We need to do something on: December 08, 2015, 11:31:16 AM
To be honest, there is nothing we can do to stop the HYIP from coming to BitcoinTalk. Because admin just don't have the time to monitor scams.
The best we can do is to give negative rep to these HYIP owner.

what bout newbie accounts??? unless you are cheated by them , how would you give negative rep???

I think directly posting new hip should not be allowed without support from any senior member.
It will at least bring some trustworthiness... maybe  Undecided
15  Other / Meta / HYIP SCAMS - We need to do something on: December 08, 2015, 10:30:32 AM
Hello Friends,

HYIP Scams have a long history in the internet.
And with bitcoin HYIPS, almost 99.99% turn out to be scammers.

And the most disturbing part popular websites like BitcoinTalk are being used as "baits"
by these scammers... Sad so sad.

Don't you think we need to do something about this???

I personally have been scammed many times. Almost every little satoshi I earned from faucets have been eaten up by scammy Hyips.

I have started this thread so that at-least here at BitcoinTalk web can take some steps so that
new users wont get their bitcoins lost.

Suggest your ideas that can be implemented so this problem can be curbed.

One suggestion I would like to give is that "newbie" users should not be allowed to directly post any
new Hyip program. Instead they would be required support from any senior member and that senior member will post the
information about the HYIP.

Another suggestion can be some fixed "security deposit" system here before allowing the hyip be posted here.

Go on friends,
post your views and suggestion so that admins and senior users here will take note and maybe could do something about this problem.

Good day. Smiley

17  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Get list of all addresses with a balance over x? on: December 04, 2015, 01:28:17 PM
Are you sure that list is not somehow corrupted? For me it stops at line 503 and after that it's only endless lines of 'X's

Does somebody have an intact recent list off all addresses that they could share?
Thanks!

18  Other / Off-topic / Re: ePay.info quick earning android app on: November 15, 2015, 12:57:12 PM
Hi,
Please be advised that this app is not supported by ePay.info and epay does not take any responsibilities regarding this app.

I never said it an official app.

I made it for myself and thought it would be useful to others.

So I just shared it...
19  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 1 BTC Loan for 10 Days on: September 06, 2015, 04:59:45 AM
So I am looking for a loan of just 1 BTC for 10 days...

I will share the cloud mining account details with the Loan provider.

You can take all total earnings for for the 10 days.

Hello.  I spent your 1BTC on cloud mining as you asked.

I am keeping all the earnings during the 10 days on mining.

Your loan has been fulfilled - please lock this thread.
Wait? You did what ?!?!? I fulfilled thus loan, I am keeping the cloud mining profits as he asked. There is no way this is legit if two people were able to keep the profits as promised.

I think the OP needs to explain himself Roll Eyes

that sucker is just making fun of me....

a reward for being true and honest.... Sad
20  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 1 BTC Loan for 10 Days on: September 06, 2015, 04:56:18 AM
look at that...

got negative trust just for asking for a loan?Huh

this site is useless...

you all are trustless....

I am leaving

this is the way how it goes here, coz most newbies are created only to ask for a loan and scam at the end

maybe,,,

but I never intended anything like that...

never since my first post on this site...

very disappointed.... Sad

Sir,

Why are you disappointed?  I lent you the 1btc as you asked.  I'm keeping the profits as you asked...  There was no reason for you to be involved.

look at that...

this is the way honest people are treated here...
