I guess everyone want their money right away so they will quite agree with anything and probably dislike anyone who disagrees, but I don't think 15+ btc sounds fair. I know you spent time on it, but nothing was delivered. If I build houses for a living and I spend a lot of time trying to build one but in the long run I end up delivering absolutely nothing, I don't think the house owners should pay me much. I am sorry you put your time and effort on something that didn't pan out, but so did us all. Not to mention the pain we all went by awaiting for over an year for you to decide to return the money back + USD/BTC parity down.

I think 10 btc would be more fair. I know that's little to nothing when you calculate hours spent on this work, but please take the other things into consideration.

I already tried deleting the whole bytecoin folder in %appdata% but 0 peers still and I cannot download any block. This didn't happen before. I can download blocks fine on bitcoin and any other coin.
I already deleted %appdata%/bytecoin and went back to 1.0.5 but still the same problem occur. It is allowed on windows firewall.

I tried bytecoind and same thing happens.

Even the built-in miner works, but I still can't get peers.

This "they had to premine over 80% of the coins in order to """"prevent"""" malicious entities, and lie about it multiple times" comment is so absurd I am not even going to reply it. If you want people to take you seriously I suggest you to think before typing such comments, or else people will believe you are a shill or something because that's so absurd.

As for the updates, yes I do believe they are developing well. They seem to be miles ahead of any other CN coin, including monero.

I thought this would obviously be open source, like all other coins are and are supposed to be. Yet another bad surprise to hear this is closed source.

I must say this is such a shame the developers chose this route. They could easily have a fair launch and mine a lot of coins honestly. Or perhaps come clean and instamine less than 5% and be open about it. This coin would easily be among the top 3 if things went a different route. The developers are very good and active, and the coin is very innovative.

If the developers have any hope on keeping this project alive in the long term they have to come clean, admit the forgery of documents, premine and destroy any premined coin. This very good development that is happening has to continue, too. That way, bytecoin may have a chance of being a really big and disruptive coin.
I think we as a community should deal with this as soon as possible. I have mined bcn for awhile now but I will sell it all and I highly recommend everyone to do so and abandon bytecoin if this keeps going on. You can only ignore everyone for so long.

Twospirit made a comment about twistelaar receiving 104m qora from Jelle (qora dev) and doing nearly nothing with it but keeping most of it. He mentioned projects twistelaar claimed and didn't end such as new wallet with bitcrea and others.
That post disappeared. I tried asking about it to twospirit with no reply. I would like to know what happened to it because 1.04% of the currency is a lot and every qora matters when it's supposed to be put into development, marketing and other things.

I don't mean to disrespect anyone, and I am thankful and grateful for any development put into Qora by whoever did it. I am not claiming anything either, I just wanna gather information.
