Has anyone heard of www.e-coin.io ?  Apparently they offer a Visa debit card, which is both fiat and digital currency.

I am sorry if this has been asked already by someone. Does anybody know if Amazon accepts bitcoin debit cards (e.g. Visa or other) for payment for books etc?
