1  Local / Trading und Spekulation / Re: Norisbank --> Bitstamp: Retoure on: September 30, 2013, 09:01:26 AM

250 Euro.

"Ablehnung auf Grund von auf sichtsrechtlichen Vorschrif"

(Deutsche Bank)

Toll ist, dass die Bank das Geld erstmal schön zwei Tage behält und die Zinsen einstreicht ... :[

6  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Using wallet with multiple computers... on: April 15, 2013, 01:40:55 PM
I'm interested in a very similar way.

Is it posible to use the hot-amory with two cold-amorys?

I though about this:

-One Hot-Amory on my Server without Keys (so no problem if it got hacked or other bad things)
-One "Cold"-Backup on my Laptop. This Wallet not really cold yust on my laptop "aka" semi-cold for small amounts
-One Cold-Backup on a secure Machine without Internet for bigger amounts...

Can Amory handle this? Or do I need 2 Hot-Amorys for 2 Cold-Amorys?

Hey,

is it possible to use amory without a GUI? I'm thinking about installing it on my server and using my laptop for signing. But my server has no GUI and i've no intention to install it.

thanks for the info,
spoc

10  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Advice needed - someone is trying to sell me a avalon batch #2 order on: April 15, 2013, 01:13:10 PM
be very carefull! avalon does not allow a shipping-address update and why should he sell?

I would be very very very carful - it is very very likely that he is trying to cheat you!
11  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Selling on mtgox on: April 15, 2013, 01:11:06 PM
mtgox got hacked before (2011). I mean I trust mtgox the most from all online-wallets out there - but keeping bitcoin at home with the right preperation (cold-storage) ist by far the savest way :-)

14  Local / Projektentwicklung / Re: Stromkosten senken - 15,89 Cent/ Kwh in Deutschland - Housing in Windkraftanlage on: April 08, 2012, 08:14:10 PM

16  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Testing Bitcoin? on: April 08, 2012, 08:01:31 PM
Yeah, just another newbie asking for a quick test. I know sites such as freebitcoins exist, but I can't use that due to my own stupidity.

Originally, I tried all the free bitcoin sites using the address supplied to me by the Bitcoin client. I soon decided to just switch over to Blockchain, so I won't get them until the client is done synchronizing with the network, and I can send them to the new address.

Why am I asking here? Well... the client is currently at 46%... and my internet is crap.

All I'm asking for is 0.01 bitcents really. Give me an address and I'll send it back. Just curious as to how this all works.

you have to wait until it;s at 100%

Have you considered solar power? You could create a free to run miner that only runs during the day.

It's not free - you have to invest and maintain the solar power ....
