I'm having trouble with bitcart. I placed two orders and was given the same payment address. It's been hours and the orders haven't confirmed. One of my transfers was directly from my LBC account, and I check the history and it said something like "internal transfer" on the transfer. I assume this means the wallet given by bitcart is an LBC wallet and therefore LBC didn't bother putting it through the blockchain(I checked, it's not in the blockchain). But I assume bitcart got the coins.
That might explain why one needs to be manually processed. The other baffles me. I sent that from a completely different wallet and the the transfer has plenty of confirmations at this point. Still says it isn't confirmed. I'm afraid to cancel the orders, because I doubt the coins will get refunded. I emailed support@bitcart.io and tried to contact geeney through LBC, but am striking out so far.
Can someone please assuage my fears that I didn't just lose a ton of money? I've dealt directly with Geeney before and bitcart seemed to have a solid reputation.
