Well ban evader, if you must know, Loyce already explained why: If I interpret this post from theymos slightly out of context: ~ if they have decent posts, by all means, give them the 250 or 500 merit that they need to rank-up. He has magical tools that he uses to accomplish such technological feats. You're pointing to 12 out of over 3,000 merits Loyce has given, not exactly indicative of "abuse." Really you should consider doing something else rather than selling spamming services and accusing established members of what you have been accused of. The number and speed of merit transactions are not evidence of abuse, if there are no connections between profiles of sender and receiver.
