You're right I wish everything will get sort out since pursuing them does sound like a hefty task, regardless given the amount of money in the account If too much time passes I will have to use every single resource I have available and that included getting legal help. thank you UnknownBTC, although to everyone in a similar situation 2 weeks seems like as eternity, you have to understand that online customer support is something that is generally very slow, especially in everything related to cryptocurrencies - because you can see that we are in a time of big bull run. My advice to you is to be patient for at least 2 more weeks in which you can try to attract their attention on social networks - but try to be polite and not aggravate the situation even more.
As you wrote in the Reddit post, their TOS gives them the right to do such things - but I still hope that you will be able to get your funds as soon as possible.
You're right, thing is the exchange is very small so one would expect a faster costumer service but i will try to keep it together for longer, the situation is just very stressful, 2 weeks I don't have access to my funds, 2 weeks I don't trade/work/make money. I understand that forum does not even moderate scams but think about a service like this... Someone is asking for negative reviews for his competition (may be). Obviously false reviews and paying in Bitcoin. Think about people who heard a little about bitcoin and will learn that those reviews were possible because the payment was in bitcoin (I understand that payment form could be anything else)... This kind of attitude should not be encouraged. Play a fair game if it really needed to play.
