I complained since day 1 that they never sent my BTC to EUR/SEPA payment which is a wire transfer in Europe. My case was never resolved. They rip-off peoples money. I sent the payment since 8 Apr 2017, today is 18 Apr 2017. They are not reliable! DO NOT USE THESE SERVICE, YOU WILL GET TO BE VERY SORRY, LIKE ME, WITHOUT MY MONEY! AND WITHOUT SUPPORT FROM THEIR PART, THEY JUST STALL WAIT UNTIL YOU EVENTUALLY FORGET ABOUT YOUR MONEY! BUT THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN.

As you know there are force-majeure situations sometimes which we can't control.

Bank sent the payment to your account at: 2017-04-11 11:40:00 (GMT+3)
Payment has been sent by wire-transfer and right now it's status as successfully sent.
The confirmation of the successful wire-transfer has been sent to you at: 2017-04-12 18:34 (GMT+3)
Because 7 days passed since the initial transfer date, we've sent the letter to our bank to get the status about your payment and waiting for their reply.
As soon as we get more information about your payment we will post details.
We're really sorry about this delay, but don't worry, you get your payment or your bitcoins when we get more information from our bank.
We're working actively on resolving this issue and also trying to find out what caused the delay to eliminate this problem in the future.
We know that you encountered similar issue some time ago and back then problem has been resolved and you got your bitcoins back (was because of new SEPA regulations).
Once again we're really sorry for this delay, but please be patient.
