Yup, most likely a scam. Invested for the level 5, and that same day he lowered the rates... From there, all went downward. Now having almost 4 mill accumulated, and I can't withdraw... I don't expect to pull those out. 
My investors have not the problem:
withdrawals are made by me...
if it is not done then I'm a scammer and no need to discuss about during years...
