I am working on the business plan. I am simultaneously working on 2 other projects of mine (and my studies on top of that), so there is unfortunately a delay. That's the main reason why I am looking for a partner (or partners). One of my projects will launch soon, so if you're interested in that one (eCommerce) you can contact me about that as well.

About monetization of the community platform: mainly ads, but I plan on developing some additional services that are not yet provided on other community platforms.

It will mainly serve as a Bitcoin community platform. But it's only one website out of a network of at least 3 websites. The other sites, which will be launched if the first one is successful, will focus on other communities, like the altcoin community and the blockchain technology in general.

We are currently working on a large eCommerce project. It's a long-term project which will consist of multiple stores and related services; the first store is almost finished: the backend is fully configured, thousands of products have been added, payment methods (crypto + traditional) have been set-up, and a lot more. The next step is SEO & promotion (launch), which is a crucial part of the project.

We are looking for partners and/or investors who can help us fund the project further (hiring SEO experts, marketing and promotion --> for up to 30% of our business), or who can help us maintain the website in a different way (non-monetary investment; design, SEO, marketing, etc.).

We are not looking for loans (unless the loans are mid- to long-term --> 1+ year).

Our main focus (first 6 to 12 months after launch) is gaining brand recognition + market share (target group: people who use cryptocurrencies to shop online). This is still a small target group, but crypto-related companies are becoming increasingly more popular (and the target group larger), so we believe this is the right time to act. There is an opportunity, and we'd like to grab it before someone else does.
