We created Hyperledger Iroha (https://github.com/hyperledger/iroha) and D3 Ledger (https://d3ledger.com) and are working with the National Bank of Cambodia on a blockchain-based payment system (https://www.phnompenhpost.com/business/nbc-signs-blockchain-agreement).

I would say we have the technical expertise and team structure to make Sora a success as well.
