1  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Putin at risk of being stopped by his own military Generals on: April 13, 2022, 06:09:30 PM
I would be guessing that the high number of casualties that Russia had caused Putin to fire these people instead of these people giving their resignation.

I am not sure if they were considering a resignation because they would have done that earlier on from the first days if that was the case, but Russia has been brutal when it comes to people who attack their nation and that seems to be the case here as well, the "attack" Ukraine did was trying to join Nato in their minds, imagine a world where a totally independent nation doing whatever they want which has nothing to do with you in a larger scale ends up being an attack.

So, these generals would have probably either quit on the spot which they wouldn't, or they were fired for a failed mission.
2  Economy / Economics / Re: Are fiat currencies necessary in the world? on: November 03, 2018, 07:11:26 AM
Fiat currency is currency that has been legal by some government that is not backed by a physical commodity such as Gold or Silver or Oil for example. The value of fiat money,  can be USD or EURO or GBP or something else. There is always a certain relationship between fiat currency and Gold and other valuable materials. So in some world you need some material mostly for all countries in the world is GOLD to be backed up for fiat. So this opens many other questions is it good or bad to have fiat as prime or to change to crypto and blockachain technology.

Some many believe that fiat currency system is the best option. International adoption has taken place for a number of reasons. What is the reason for this, some say that is obvious one and that is GOLD is something that will run out eventually and paper money wont. Then for what is good fiat. For one thing, it allows governments to provide stimulus, take on debt and provide investment. That is main purpose and relationship between Fiat currency and Gold.
Also by using fiat we're giving high tax i know no one want to give extra taxes but its our responsibility because with tax we are helping government. SO in short fiat is to much necessary for the economy and the country progress.
3  Economy / Economics / Re: what is the future of virtual currency like bitcoin ? on: November 01, 2018, 05:52:58 AM
I hope that future bitcoin will have a good existence and can be accepted by all people even though all of them don't accept, what I see in future bitcoin will have very high economic value so it is suitable if chosen as a long-term investment commodity, besides the system used by bitcoin (blockchain) will be widely adopted by various fields including the government and conventional banks
Can't say anything about future because people are leaving cryptocurrency where bitcoin is include too..
4  Economy / Economics / Re: Government should implement blockchain technology to prevent corruption. on: October 30, 2018, 07:32:29 AM
Corrupt officials in some countries will not go for the use of blockchain technology, but European countries with low levels of corruption are likely to integrate this technology into their structure and further reduce the level of corruption. But this is just one example of the use of blockchain technology in the economic structure of a country.
I think its impossible. If a government is already corrupted why would they implement blockchain technology?.
5  Economy / Economics / Re: Who controls the market? on: October 30, 2018, 06:16:56 AM
The market is being controlled mainly by,the law of demand and supply and also news relative to cryptocurrency, which migth be for or against the price of bitcoin, the whales in the space also has some level of influence on the market trend.
Just remember bitcoin is volatile and people don't care about it all the want profit if the bitcoin become controllable then we can't make profits.
News also play a major part in bitcoin price flucations.  Since no one can control the price it is only the whales which make use of social media to create a panic so get the coin cheap for themselves.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Why everyone only invest in the crypto market? on: October 30, 2018, 05:19:35 AM
I think they invest in crypto market because its easy to understand and like other said you can earn a lot but high risk . I see some crypto-enthusiast that success in this kind of market and they are give a tips to other to how to win and avoid loss . You are right in saying the investing in one basket is risky because of this lose you will never back again and you cant do anything more , so i want to decide to put my money in different investment incase of what happen if lose or win .
Mostly people consider cryptocurrency as a future of fiat many people just move to bitcoins and leave using fiat.It has highly potential to increase as compare to Gold and stock exchange.Bitcoin is worth for long term investing.

Other than demand and supply, it is the whales which mainly control the market. To be able to control the market, you need to have a big portion of the coins and whales surely have them.

Can bitcoins really helps to prevent corruption ?i don't think bitcoin has such power even if it has then government wont allow bitcoins. Why would government use bitcoin when they know that it can helps criminals too.
9  Economy / Speculation / Re: How high do you think Bitcoin will go on the next bull run? on: October 27, 2018, 06:52:26 AM
I think this stable period will last through a good part of next year, unless something big happens. The only thing that could cause 100k$ in next few months is approved ETF from VanEck SolidX Bitcoin Trust, and since it is physically backed with BTC, demand should go up along with the price. But it seems that the chances for that are not too big, SEC is still cautious and a positive decision would be really big surprise.

it doesn't particularly matter if the trust is physically backed with BTC. it could be backed by futures contracts that settle at USD equivalent---the price should still generally reflect the spot market due to arbitrage. this is why cash-settled futures don't deviate that much from spot.

i don't understand why ETF approval would trigger a new bull run. people keep saying that, but nobody can explain why. this is like the ghost cities in china---you can build all the houses you want, but it doesn't mean anyone wants to buy them.

this is called "putting the cart before the horse". Tongue
But we need more investor to involve with bitcoin and make its price fluctuate. If we get some investor the price can be go $10,000 or below. But still we need more investor to make its price up.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: Stop worrying about how much energy bitcoin uses on: October 27, 2018, 05:39:30 AM
Obviously it is energy consuming but in todays world what is not... I think that should not necessarily be an argument against Bitcoin
For example China and Iceland has free cost of electricity we can mine 24 hour there. But in my country where electricity is expensive bitcoin mining would never be worth it. We always care about our electricity bills.
11  Economy / Speculation / Re: The pain of holding bitcoin in 2017. on: October 26, 2018, 10:49:07 AM
This year 2017 has not been favourable to those that buy bitcoin in 2017, ended and are still holding.  Bitcoin is in a state that we have not expect as many investors and speculators were saying bitcoin will get to over $50,000 this year.  We should still holding as selling below the amount we buy is selling out of pain and frustration.

Well unfortunately, those people have limited choices. By this time, those that probably got in because of hype had already sold their btcs and those remaining are set for the long haul. Disappointing of course, but you have to look way ahead if you don't want to lose.
Its hard for those people who still holding the bitcoin and expecting good price . There should be reward for them who show that penitence. A wait of year is everything for them.
12  Economy / Economics / Re: US Dollar Efect on the world and Crypto on: October 26, 2018, 07:56:21 AM
Strengthening the US dollar creates effects on the currencies of developing countries. In addition, currency depreciation continues to cause foreign exchange reserves to erode. This has caused an increase in the amount of credit for countries that need large amounts of external spending. Some of the countries most vulnerable to the US dollar are Argentina , Sri Lanka , Turkey , and Zambia. And predictions say the US Dollar will continue to strengthen until the end of the year. Like Chile, Colombia, Indonesia and Malaysia are also vulnerable to digital currency conditions, even though these countries have financial and institutional buffer systems that are able to erase in the short term. One news that is enough to be a shock to the currencies of developing countries. Apart from this, I think this has an impact on digital currency movements which I think are slow and watch stagnant.
Since dollars is global currency and the country's economy depends on it even cryptocurrencies to so the effect will be positive and negative both.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat Currency Always Fails on: October 26, 2018, 07:19:17 AM
I mean let's face it, it's easier to handle money electronically than with papers in the hand. And if we compare fiat on the bank account and the blockchain money guesses who have the advantage...well not quite yet, but the potential for the blockchain is huge.
It is not always more convenient to work with electronic money, although in some cases they are better than fiat. These two types of currencies have their advantages and disadvantages in use and will only go together. Cryptocurrency will never replace the national money of states. Cryptocurrency can not interact with the economy of the state, as national money does. In addition, the cryptocurrency has a high degree of volatility and, due to even these two reasons, it can never replace the usual currency.

Fiat currency has been there for more than a century and still it is working. You cannot call it a failure so easily and it will not be completely eliminated. Digital currencies are better and good but not everyone is at ease using them. Also you need technology to be able to use them unlike fiat which even an illiterate person can use easily.
I think failing or rising effect the economy. Like right now dollars is the global currency and with the increase or dollar rate world's economy fluctuate.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: Is It Possible that The Moslem Countries Can Accept The CryptoCurrencies System? on: October 26, 2018, 06:45:18 AM
I know for a fact that some of my friends who actually lives in those countries that they own crypto currency one way or another. I think there ia a link to the comments here that some countries have accepted crypto currency in their respective countries. But I'm surprised that there is a question such as this. I mean is crypto currency against the teachings of Islam?
Islamic religion has never in any way kicked against the idea of blockchain technology as well as cryptocurrency and indeed the countries within this perspective, are really embracing it pretty fast I must say. I really have not heard of single teachings of Islam that goes against cryptocurrency and if it is that, then, we would not have seen some of the Arabian countries, embracing the technology and seeing it as a welcome development in the long run.
I am Muslim too and i also accept many deals with bitcoins there is nothing wrong with using bitcoin is Muslim's region. Bitcoin and religion should not be mixed or inter related.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you have to make big investment before you can make profit in crypto? on: October 26, 2018, 05:53:14 AM
I have seen quite a number of topics here where people have been selling or asking for advice whether to sell their properties to invest them in bitcoin. Am surprised some people forget that crypto investment is not always a win affairs. You either lose or win. You can as well make profit in crypto with small capital if only you have the patience to hold and wait for the time when the market is booming. Do not be a greedy investor. Always invest with an amount you can afford to lose. Have a nice day.

When I started crypto I didn't invest anything to start with. I just joined a lot of bounty programs from there  I got my funds for trading.
we could collect our money from bounty campaign, and after get a lot we could use it as capital to start trading.so we did not spend our money at all to start it.
A small invest of $0.10 and bring $6,000 or maybe more. The game is just patient. You still have time you can still invest low and hold them for years. Just show highly patient as much as you can bitcoins return your invest with profit.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Why everyone only invest in the crypto market? on: October 25, 2018, 10:07:21 AM
I don't think that everyone investing only in crypto, i would rather say, most of us here are investing only in crypto and reasons why are: easy entrance into market unlike stocks market and higher reward for higher risk.
i think investors only put few money on cryptocurrency market.and maybe it less than 20% from total their assset.investors worry if they put most of their asset on high risk market.
Yes, that would be great percent of crypto investments in our portfolio, but most of us (here) do not have enough money for investing in other investments.
To have significantly return on investment, we have to buy cryptocurrencies with high risk.
cryptocurrency market really give us high return, but it contain high risk too.if we dont have knowledge to manage this risk, we could loss all of our money.we should have to avoid it.
Cryptocurrency are the easiest why to send or receive money world wide without paying highly tax. Also there highly volatile so people take more interest to invest with it.

Evert hing is change now. Even fiat is change to digital currency so the investing is also move to digital. Cryptocurrency are highly volatile and they're digital currency.
18  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin volume is still rising ? on: October 25, 2018, 06:13:22 AM
I always have strong belief that the price of bitcoin will increase, although recently its price has dropped but it will definitely increase again.
Right now its falling but we should not depress because its volatile and no one know when will it fall and when will it rise. No one can give exact predict about bitcoin and crypto currencies.

No. Its not required to do big invest with bitcoin do make big profit. Remember when the price was $0.10 per btc in 2010 ?just thought if you invest at that time how much you earn now ?
20  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When to trade altcoins? on: October 23, 2018, 11:36:31 AM
Hello everyone. So recently I've been trading bitcoin for alt coins as I find that alt coins are far more volatile due to lower volume compared to Bitcoin and thus more profitable when it comes to day trading. Any great alt coins I should be looking into for trading? I'd like to hear your opinion on this method of trading!

I belive that the decision depends on us but we should know that it is important to know when to buy and when to sell. Buying at low prices works well and selling when the prices are high is profitable. We should know when the demand is high. Dealing with the volatility of the market is an advantage.

I suggest you to start your trade with alt now you can even do a day trade with alt it would be profitable. Trading in bitcoin may not be profitable in the current times.
