Since the announcement of the new BFL SC line of products, it appears that the company's customer service department has dropped off the face of the earth. There are a few BFL engineers that follow these forums and assure users their lack of communication is due to being swamped by customer interest.
I don't doubt the legitimacy of BFL or their hardware however in light of this current period of silence I think it would be beneficial to BFL and their customers if daily production updates, customer feedback, and news were posted to their site.
I appeal to BFL to be more active in sharing information through official channels via their site, even if that means they are less active on these forums.
