I exchanged a bitcoin amount for bitcoin cash by Changelly yesterday at 12/21/2017 but until now the exchange has not been made. Did I lose my bitcoins? 

My transaction in Advcash is pending although there are more than 43 confirmations in Blockchain.info site at the time of sending this message. Attached the print of the Blockchain.info site.

And when I was transferring my bitcoins (I use Bitcoin Wallet), the values was doubled.
