The unit for sale is the southeast corner penthouse, and will include a 1,000+sqft rooftop terrace, (right above the unit) which will have a pool and gas/electric, as well as 1,000+sqft of wrap around balcony. The 3134sqft unit was contracted preconstruction over a year ago with a payment schedule of $400,000, $300,000, $300,000 and an additional $1,000,000 due at closing. All of the payments are already made, excluding the final million. The completion date for the building is February 2016. Property in this area has enjoyed a substantial increase in value since the contract was signed and now I'm looking for an investor or prospective owner to take over the contract. Comparable units under construction in the area command over 2.4M, and it only looks like the prices will continue to increase along with all the development. The contract buyout would be the agreed upon sale price of the unit minus the final $1,000,000, which the buyer would pay the developers at closing. The following is a link to floorplans and renderings of the building and unit: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ip9kojtcxtctaq2/AAAUrdiuIEYOh225bU1HsjpZa?oref=e&n=418906918Contract stipulations prevent me from listing this unit on an MLS, which has made selling this unit by word of mouth basically my only option. I have a Florida real estate license, so hopefully this buyout can be accomplished without commission or the services of another broker. Hopefully there are still a few bitcoin millionaires out there looking for a luxury condo, a nice bachelor pad, or a very solid investment. The contract buyout can be paid in bitcoin, but the closing million dollars and the closing costs will have to be in USD, unless you would prefer some representative other than yourself sell your coins for USD in order to make those payments on your behalf... The developers and closing costs unfortunately can't be paid in bitcoin. I am motivated to sell this contract, send me serious PMs please. If you are a real estate broker and believe you can sell this to someone in your network, feel free to contact me, if the price is right, the commission will be 6 figures. please don't waste my time.

I started a new account on btc-e to keep certain things separate relating to my bitcoin trading and ended up getting 2.5 coins stuck in a new account that cannot withdraw coins for 3 days. I have been trading these coins and others, multiple times a day, and need access to these coins in order to fund interest on my existing positions.
I will probably have to trust alot for this transaction due to the complicated nature of this issue, so I'd prefer if you are a well trusted member.
I value these coins at more than 2.5 due to their potential the next three days, so please make me an offer.
Thanks

You've seen a couple of mine I'm sure. I've opened/closed 40 shorts of this size and only 2 long positions the past 13 days. The real way to get cheap coins isn't buying low, its shorting the whole way down. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=265149Scammed me for 0.15 bitcoins He was supposed to be buying 0.30 btc from me, I was to send 0.15 first, receive his funds as an instant transfer to bank of america, and then deliver the other 0.15. Ever since sending him the 0.15 he has come up with a number of different reasons to delay the transaction and has disappeared since July 1 saying he would refund the coin or send me my money asap.

You should use escrow: escrow.ms
You're right, I should have used escrow. I had one successful transaction with a member, and I am currently involved with another member who may be scamming me..... I still have more bitcoins for sale, but I will only do business with very trusted members or I will have to go 2nd

I have two of the 1TB seagates and 9 40GB WD400s. I also have several quality PSUs (750W, 850W, 1500W), an ethernet switch with 48 ports (was $140 used), and 3 or 4 ASRock 970 Extreme4.
I also have 10 damaged GPUs. I don't remember what is wrong with each specifically, it could be totally dead, running low, or just in need of a new fan.
Send a message or comment offers. If you want additional information on any of the stuff, I'd be happy to dig it up as its all in boxes right now. All of this stuff comes from a GPU mining operation I had two years ago and all the stuff is top quality.
Thanks

These were 60BTC from Casascius.
I'm looking for stacks of $100 bills, or a wire transfer in person at a bank. The coins are in St. Louis, but I will fly to you if the price is right.
We can also fly to Miami and complete the transaction in my lawyer's conference room, depending on how we decide to complete the payment.

Ive already had to completely take apart one of the rigs, it came to me only recognizing half the devices, and the nexus literally wasn't even plugged in.... But I assume this was because I got a very early rig, as the 2nd one is totally functional. I ultimately had to pull out the USB hub and rearrange all of the plugs to get all the devices to respond. If anyone can confirm 100% that their suggestion has been tired and works for overclocking the rig, my offer is still open. As mentioned above, I'd rather not risk putting one of these things out of service.
Thanks!

I finally received two of my Minirigs from Butterfly labs, with 7 more on the way. Combined the two are doing 960Gigahash. If you can figure out how to get them overclocked, I'll pay you 5 coins, and I'll throw in a bonus if you can figure out how to do it on the provided Nexus tablet. I am using BFGMiner. If you're wondering, I ordered on June 25th 2012 and waited like 400 days.

I will send you the link once you agree to my terms, which are:
Purchase the item on ebay, but tell the seller to ship it to my house and you should have a good reputation on the forum so I can comfortably go first, or you can go first and trust me to send the bitcoins. I have one previous transaction on the forum.

I would be happy to put in writing that I won't sell the car before you have the 375 bitcoins, so you would have a big safety net in the car being collateral.
So they would have a lien on the vehicle? Yeah, I don't see why the buyer and I couldn't arrange a consensual lien, I'd have to ask my lawyer how to go about it though.

I have a preorder from everyone's favorite ASIC company, BFL, #21XX paid on June 27th 2012, $60,146 for two mini rigs.
If you, like me, are confident that early orders stand to make a large profit reasonably soon, I'd like to give you the opportunity to buy a 40k car to sell to me for BTC or a mining contract for an agreed gigahash/time. So the choices are-
1. I will write a contract guaranteeing you 375 bitcoins before the end of the year (10% profit over the car's asking price without applying your negotiating skills). I would be happy to put in writing that I won't sell the car before you have the 375 bitcoins, so you would have a big safety net in the car being collateral. If I violated the terms of the contract or a situation develops where BFL fails to deliver and I can't come up with the coins, you would easily be able to collect on the collateral. I would also insure the car to whatever extent you wanted because I'm planning to take care of the car anyway.
2. If you're looking to take more risk, I would trade the car for a contract of a certain amount of gigahash/time based on agreed upon conditions.
The car is in North Florida, and I would meet you in person to take ownership/transfer the title and sign the contracts and everything. This is a pretty safe deal, considering the most you have to lose is depreciation on a used car for 6 months.
