When you will extract the winner?
We will declare the winner of the first NEWC raffle on 8th November 2015.
How is the winner extracted?
The winner will be choosen with https://www.random.org/integers/ generating a random integer number which will refer to your #position in the raffle list.
We will publish the Raffle List every time before the extraction, where every partecipant has a #number assigned to his nickname.
After the random number generator has done we will publish a message like this:
That's the original copy-paste from the results obtained from https://www.random.org/integers/.
The user with the corresponding #number extracted will be the winner!
