what other mediation sites can the player use?

Any player with a dispute can choose any mediator they want. As far as this player, the matter is closed. He doesnt get to hop from mediator to mediator hoping he finds one that rules in his favor. We spent a month working with this mediator, including countless hours spent researching and providing documentation of his fraud. If he didn't trust this mediator, he shouldve went with someone else. Obviously he wasnt going to choose askgamblers, as they ruled against him previously, as well. These mediators do not make it easy on us. They exist to advocate for players. In this case, we had ample evidence to show abuse. If we didn't, the account wouldnt have been shut down, to begin with. This matter is closed.

This player has been found guilty of arbitrage betting at Playbetr in the past, at which time the account was paid and closed. He created a second account to arbitrage bet, at which time he was informed that he was in violation of terms. He chose a mediator. We went back and forth with the mediator for weeks, as did the player. The mediator made a decision. Guilty players exist. We have very few complaints, and the ones we do are always addressed immediately and resolved. Had the mediator decided we should pay the player, we would have. The player, who is well known throughout the industry as being abusive. We have no need to comment further on this matter, as it has already been resolved. The OP not being willing to accept the results of the mediator he chose is not our issue.

As it is unlikely the player will return to update with the results of the mediation, we would like to do so at this time:
https://thepogg.com/complaint/playbetr-non-payment/

This player has cost us 10s of thousands of dollars, both in the research done to confirm that he was 100% guilty of abuse, to the many hours spent over the last 4 weeks working with the mediator, to the defamation he has posted about us on no less than 25 additional forums. Interestingly enough, this same player lost a nearly identical mediation at askgamblers around the same time period.
https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/rolletto-casino-rolletto-scamming-me-for-14000

We, and the other reputable casino/sportsbooks, take no joy in withholding an abusive player's funds. It nearly always costs us more to do so than it would have to pay the player and ban him. This is a rare necessity in order to deter abusive players and keep the industry alive and thriving. Over 99% of players are legitimate and our primary focus is on providing them exceptional support, fast withdrawals and innovative promotions. All winners who are not intentionally breaking the rules, in attempt to harm the site, are paid without issue, in minutes. Thanks and best of luck to all!

I am not the OP of this thread and the alleged cheater. cru7ufy is.

Our sincere apologies. That is not how we intended it to come across! We were clearly referring to the OP in this case.

I apologize, that issue is about Playbetr. The player in question got their money back from Playbetr after contacting thepogg.com. It wasn't Betcoin. I will edit my previous post to correct the information.

Playbetr has never lost a mediation at ThePogg or anywhere else.

7  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Playbetr.com steals even the deposit. on: December 18, 2022, 07:44:49 PM
I'm wondering why you are saying this while Russia wasn't included in the restricted countries list in 2019 (based on your reply). A forum member had also quoted the restricted countries list from your TOS and Russia wasn't on the list (see this post).

Excellent question. We can confirm that the region was blocked prior to that post, however if the post is correct, the terms were clearly not updated at the time of that post. That said, they were updated WELL before the player returned in November 2022, as shown in this post.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5100533.msg55171287#msg55171287

Again, he would not have been able to place bets, had he not hidden his location, and this never would have been an issue.
8  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Playbetr.com steals even the deposit. on: December 16, 2022, 03:04:16 PM
Russia has been not been a permitted region since 2018. This is in our terms of service, and had he attempted to place bets without hiding his location, he would not have been permitted. If he snuck by our KYC team in 2019, it does not mean that play from within Russia was permitted then and certainly does not mean that it is permitted now. His account was not on our radar until recently, because he had a nearly 3 year gap without play until he returned on 23 Nov.

This player's most recent deposit was returned on 13 Dec
https://www.blockchain.com/explorer/transactions/btc/5bb0f91443671a91e6b481d05c2e12550d801c3fc3660d84cb9792555deb0808

We do not refund previously lost deposits, which is standard procedure among all operators, and the recommended action of all mediators. The reason for this is if losses were returned, any player who lost could just come back and break a rule to get their losses back. Additionally, the player was up over 3 BTC from his play in 2019, so he should consider himself fortunate to have received anything back, as we had no obligation to do so.

Submitted complaint with Pogg before few days.
This appears to be a lie

I am 100% sure PlayBetr will not answer them nor provide any details and profs, same as they didnt answer SBR and CasinoGuru
This is confirmed a lie

Here is proof that we responded to SBR, the day after he posted there

I only submited through Curacao EGAMING

And now we have proof, by his own admission, that this was a lie, which we have stated multiple times previously

3rd party mediation should be taken seriously and when you lie about it and jump from mediator to mediator hoping to get someone to rule in your favor, you are wasting the time of people whose purpose is to help people with legitimate issues. They can clearly spot an obvious cheat, with 0 credibility, so no one is going to give your case much attention. Stop embarrassing yourself and learn from this.
11  Economy / Gambling / Re: #1 RATINGS of BITCOIN SPORTSBOOKS : poster book discussion on: November 04, 2022, 12:44:38 PM
I have requested to just withdraw my deposited sum from playbetr rather than give them KYC details, I'll keep you updated on this thread on whether that is successful or not.

Paid this player his balance in full, without KYC, 5 days ago, at which time he was informed that if he creates any new accounts the balance will be seized. He immediately created an additional account. He will not be receiving any funds on this one. Reporting this early, to get ahead of when he creates his new BitcoinTalk account to accuse us of being unfair.
12  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: PLAYBETR trying to SCAM/STEAL, not responding to emails on: November 03, 2022, 01:54:21 PM
Once again, we have already responded to a complaint from an industry leading mediator, chosen by the player, unrelated to the licensor. We provided details to the mediator and they chose not to pursue the case further. The player continues to intentionally leave out this information in any of his comments here, but we have shown the details of this privately to a trusted forum member here and he has confirmed this on the thread. We have completed our involvement here. This player is a proven abusive multi-accounter, who was fortunate enough to have received the full amount on his first account (a much larger amount). At that time, he was warned about creating additional accounts. We do not take this sort of thing lightly and would never seize funds without 100% confirmation of abuse. He can continue to make noise but we are done responding for good. We are looking forward to many exciting promos and updates for our many legitimate players to enjoy!

You are lying to everyone. You have filed for multiple mediations. We responded to the first with many paragraphs of detail. We have proven this to a trusted member of the forum, which he has confirmed above. The other which has contacted us refused to take your case. These mediators don't take kindly to scammers wasting their time, when they are trying to provide a legitimate service. You tried. You lost. It's over.
15  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: PLAYBETR trying to SCAM/STEAL, not responding to emails on: October 31, 2022, 06:18:45 PM
Who told you there are not fair mediators?

Aren't you free to choose a mediator of your choice?

Exactly. He chose his own mediator (who we do not and have never sponsored). We presented our case. The mediator chose not to pursue further. Now he is hopping from mediator to mediator, hoping that one will eventually rule in his favor. No legitimate mediator will take a case which has already been decided on by someone else. This matter was ended weeks ago.

Again, if you are losing money or suspecting everyone who bets on women's leagues, u19 etc, why do you offer them?

Do you also ask why a woman dressed a certain way if she didn't want to be harassed? Stop blaming the victim. Those are the events that are most commonly abused. There are clear patterns of play among the players who abuse those leagues. Not everyone who bets on them is suspicious. We gave multiple reasons this player received KYC. Had we not given a reason, you would have said we are a scam. When we give a reason, you pick it apart. We offer those leagues because they are fun to bet on for legitimate players. People who think we shouldn't offer leagues because they are more easily abused are stifling the industry. We aren't going to stop being fun because of cheaters. The cheaters need to stop cheating.

Opened an account with Playbetr and assumed I wouldn't be asked for KYC Docs, but got asked after first withdrawal. My account was in deficit as well. This seems to align with what previous posters have said.

https://imgur.com/a/whdG5Fm

Consider moving down the rankings maybe?

You opened an account from the same device as a previous account, signed up from a region where 95% of players are abusive and 20 of your 27 bets are on amateur, U19 and women's leagues.

None of that means that you, yourself, are abusive, but due to multiple red flags, we need to identify you so you cannot open any additional accounts. We have said it before that the players who are abusive are hurting the industry as a whole, and this is a perfect example. We don't want to do KYC on anyone, but due to overwhelming recent fraud, we are forced to get it from players who have certain patterns.

Complete the KYC, let's get you down to 1 account and figure out how to move forward.

That's not true, see the post you deleted. I replied accepting the offer t submit to a 3rd party. Instead of your collaboration, you deleted the post

I will be more than happy to submit the info needed to an impartial 3rd party, If they consider that I was against any rule I will delete all my posts. But in case I was legal, will you reopen my account without applying any penalization?

Your additional post was deleted because you were spamming our thread, after we had already responded and closed the matter. Feel free to rant on this thread as much as you want. Us deleting your comment does not take away from our offer to provide the evidence to a 3rd party mediator, and we have also offered this since your comment was deleted, prior to you making this post. Maybe you should stop wasting your time posting and go ahead and make the claim already.

We are glad to hear that you love Playbetr so much that you want your account reopened, but we have already confirmed that you violated our TOS, and therefore, your account will remain permanently closed. If the mediator says to return your balance, then your balance will be returned.
19  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Playbetr] Scammed me about 500$ on: October 27, 2022, 04:28:32 PM
We replied once on our thread, once on the sportsbook ratings thread and we will reply once here. We have already spent more time and money dealing with this matter than the very small amount in his account (0.0159 BTC).

The account was closed at the time the sports provider independently confirmed and advised us that he was using banned technology to achieve his wins. He made 1 deposit of 0.005 BTC and had successful withdrawals of 0.005 BTC, 0.005 BTC, 0.00147567 BTC and 0.03 BTC prior to the notification.  In this case, the deposit does not need to be returned, as the player has already received 8x that amount in withdrawals.

This shouldn't even be in scam accusations. The amount we have paid him is far more than what was in his account when it was closed. If this was a scam, we would not have paid him anything to begin with. Why would we possibly scam $300 from someone when we have paid tens of thousands in promos this year? The reputational damage alone is worth more than that, but we need to stand tall against abusive players so they get the message.

This is not a scam accusation, this is a dispute, and our sports provider has evidence that he has violated our terms of service. We have informed the player that we will submit evidence to a 3rd party mediator of his choice and abide by their decision. He has not done that. Instead he has been ranting on forums for a week. The last guy who did an accusation submitted and lost. We are confident that will be the case here, as well, if he decides to go forward.

You do not like winners, you do not like guys that can beat your sportsbook, and that is fine.

Winners? You are down on this account. How would we know that you are a "winner", unless there were more accounts? We have no issue with winning players, when they win legitimately. The miniscule amount on this account was exceeded by what we spent in proving that you are a cheater.

You are using banned technology to find and place bets, which you cannot lose in the long run. That technology is against our terms of service, which you agreed to upon signing up. You create multiple accounts to maximize and spread these out, hoping that you will get paid on some accounts, and get your deposit returned on the others by complaining on forums. Multiple accounts are against our terms of service, which you agreed to upon signing up.

I am more than willing to go through all processes

The process is already done. We have proof of your guilt and are willing to provide it to your choice of independent moderator. If the moderator says you are innocent, we will pay you. They never do, though, because we only close accounts when we are 100% sure of guilt. We have paid many guilty accounts from just being 99% sure. Right now, all you are doing is trying to garner sympathy and defame our operation. It is not working. You have a clear plan of action to get the money. Choose a moderator. There are many available, whose job it is to advocate for players. We will both share our side. If he thinks you should be paid, you will be paid. Please stop spamming our thread.
