I did find a list in a wiki-style site. Some of the sites where off line, and others as I searched for scams I always got some warning and scam reports. In fact, I have just googled for "cex.io scam" and I found a lot of negative comments   I don't know who/what to trust.

The only viable site I think there is is Virwox after all the fees, you end up paying quite a lot. Any other??
