I just read that bitcoin will hit 4 digits soon so it is still good time to buy bitcoins regardless of the price right now. And if you are a trader, it is always good to buy bitcoin ( at any price) for altcoin trading.

I think we will never see 300's again. Me and people like me had suspicions about bitcoin but most of those suspicions are gone now. (I admit i still have doubts but nothing big) Bitcoin only exists now because people trust it. Without people's trust, we wouldn't have seen the huge recovery after finex hack.

I know but and I do not know when the price is going to rise again because the price has been stable for such a long time that people are leaving. I am alright with the bitcoin not rising with in 2016 but something has to happen with in 2017. I doubt that Clinton and her campaign can affect on bitcoin somehow, same as Trump and his campaign. I don't know reasons why Clinton is against bitcoin. But I know that politic hasn't any effect on bitcoin. Bitcoin's price created only from it's popularity. I even didn't notice that the price gone down. This days it seems frozen on the level a bit higher than 600$. Maybe just bitcoin buying became lower for a moment and that provoked the price to go down.
i also doubt that in this case hilary or donald had anything to do with the price changes which are really small. but also you should know that bitcoin price sometimes changes in ways that you never expect and the market sometimes is affected by some news that seems ridiculous at first. I agree with you. If the bitcoin market price changed because of hillary or trump it wouldn't be a few dollars. |

I don't think that bitcoin will hit the thousand mark for some time. Unless it is there is an increased use of it around the world, I believe it will just slowly but steadily grow. As long as there is no other exchange that is hacked it should reach it by Q2 2017.
The $1000 range can be broken extremely fast.Let an ETF get an approval and Wall-Street money flood in and you will see the $1000+ in no time at all! And no bigger increase of user adoption is needed to reach that goal. If just a few of the filthy rich decide to park a very tiny fraction of their wealth in Bitcoin we will pass the old ATH pretty quick. I'm sure 2017 can be the year where we see the 4 figures in terms of BTC's price again. The few filthy rich people can even buy all the bitcoins in circulation but I don't think they will jump into bitcoin unless it becomes big on its own. |

I also think that. because when more people accept bitcoin in a business then bitcoin will be even greater. some even more people will feel the impact of the rise in the price of bitcoin. instead of counting the days to a pump and hoping for it, you should start hoping this never happens because it never lasts and unless you are watching the price 24/7 you will surely miss out on selling your coins because price in a bubble will drop faster than rising.
We should hope that this never happens as a bubble but we should hope that it happens due to good buying support. |

Its definitely not the time to sell your bitcoins now, We might only see an increase in the bitcoin market price unless some major bad news comes. i'm with you buds i don't see possible reason to make it fall down and the market keep showing strength so better to keep buying and holding it or if wiser that much try playing it inside alt trading while waiting for it to grow more. Correct, bitcoins price is starting to move now and almost reach $650 which is really a good signal that it would eventually rise up more on the future hence for those people who bought on bitcoin while the price is still $540 on bitfinex hack then for sure a guaranteed profits for them. buy bitcoin is an advantage. we will get bitcoin price increases continuously. I believe every time definitely bitcoin prices will rise. bitcoin is the future that must be fought. Correct, price of bitcoin start to move now but just as expected traders would surely sold their coins on this point and would expected on bitcoins price to drop again on $600 mark but still i have high hopes that it would somehow increase more and continuing its rally.
