1  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [1500 TH] p2pool: Decentralized, DoS-resistant, Hop-Proof pool on: November 04, 2015, 03:47:41 PM
Hey All,

Sorry for posting not a very relevant question to the topic but I am quite new with this stuff.

I restarted my p2pool recently and got 16 shares and been paid twice but my current payout says 000000 BTC and I was curious why that is.

Thanks
2  Bitcoin / Mining support / Current payout = 0.00000 BTC WHY? on: November 02, 2015, 05:46:12 PM
Hey All

23 h ago I restarted my p2pool node and within 23 hours I got 4 shares and one orphan Sad but it says my current payout is 0.00000 BTC and I was thinking why.

Before that I had my node running for 6 days and got 15 shares but still my current payout was 0.00000 BTC.

Is the current payout changing only if you find a block?

Thanks
3  Bitcoin / Pools / verified p2pool shares dropping O.o on: November 02, 2015, 03:42:22 PM
Hey all,

I restarted my p2pool a day ago and it seemed like i need to verify some shares again. The problem is that instead of having more shares verified they go up and suddenly drop as if no work had been done. So I had 1580 verified out of 17362 and then it dropped to 1499 verified out of 17359

Can sb tell me why that is? Huh

Thanks

Thanks for the reply.

But do I need to be mining to confirm my immature shares?
6  Bitcoin / Pools / P2Pool share payout waiting time on: October 23, 2015, 04:06:58 PM
 Huh

Hey can someone explain to me the share payout system? I started my p2pool exactly 3 days ago. In that time I found 15 shares and only received 2 payments. How does this work?

Secondly a general question, I need to stop mining in my p2pool for couple of days because I am going out of town. Will I still get paid for the shares that I found?

Thanks a lot
