The price has been around $320 for 3 weeks now. That is a good consolidation after the recent pump and dump of bitcoin.

Bitcoin is a good tool/currency for peer to peer transactions. It does not require bank to be in the middle. It has more privacy.

This strategy does not work recently with run away market. In a few weeks, if the price is within a range, use this method.

The rise is faster than I expect. I thought the price could be $500 early next year, but the price is $502 already. We need the price to stay here. We do not need pump and dump.

I mine bitcoins. It works like I buy bitcoin, but a little below market price. When the price rise, the difficult will also rise. It means I will get fewer bitcoin.
I want stable bitcoin price.

The price will keep on rising as the main stream news media are reporting the rise, that will fuel further rise.
I hope the price will rise slowly.

I am thinking of buying something with the bitcoin now. The price is quite high. It has risen too fast in too short period.

Bitcoin need to find its true value. More and more people, companies are getting interested in the benefits of cryptocurrency for the future. Every day the bitcoin grows and adoption increases (everyone of us work on some way for that), so it`s perfectly logical to assume that bitcoin will worth much more. In the end I will stay positive about this and future rise`s of bitcoin price.
I agree the above assessment. It will take some time for bitcoin to be adopted widely and we have to promote the idea of bitcoin. |

Well since the price is dropping too much today,
I hope that it will stop at least at 300 dollars because it would be a huge dump.
What i really notice now is that the exchange rate for alt coins has been increased a bit.
The price for litecoin, Ethereum, Dash and many other altcoins also dropped. Maybe it is consolidation time. |

Bitcoin community in a nutshell: price rises 30%, suddenly people are talking about how "reasonable" or "possible" another 1500% rise is. Stay grounded in reality my friends!
We can always find justification for price rise if the price has risen and vice versa. This time the price rise could be related to next year's halving. |

I predicted it for sure it will pass $300 and now i pray it to hit that $400 mark. Let the bitcoin take the rocket to the mooonnn!!!

The price has stopped at around $310 now. It is cool. If it stays around $310 for a few weeks, then good time is ahead.

Bitcoin's price reached $336 a while ago, but now it dropped to $328 Maybe it's little drop, and we will see another big pump soon  Maybe best time to sell/spend our bitcoin  The price is unpredictable. I will still hold my coins tight. The bull market just started. The bitcoin price has been around $220 for too long. |

Hmm, $322 btc , it's nearly time to get those buy orders in.
Im thinking put in some buy columns at $150, $160, $170, $180, $190.
These orders might not be filled easily. You need to put the buy orders a bit higher to have a greater chance. |

I thought the bitcoin price would not break $300 this month. But it is over £330 now. How wrong I was. |

I don't know how many people will be able to hold if reach again >500$
Most of us invested a bit in mining and trading and it is more than normal of getting something back.
I'll hold some because I consider my BTC as a savings fund and if we go up, well, I'll see and decide accordingly.
If I can give a small piece of advice to everyone including me: this is the right time to study what to do with our BTC.
It's good to consider every possible scenario and be prepared for it. If one acts because of emotions that will be the end.
I will just keep on mining. Use some of the mined coins and keep the rest for the long term. The price will rise in the future. |

Yes we will have volatility for several more years.But this will be volatility on the way up!!I can live with that.
Can you live with the two year bear market we just experienced. It could take another year to reach the $1200 level in 2013. That is three year in total. |

I think the problem here is whether it can maintain the level it has reached right now. This is not the first time that after it has breached the 300 level we saw some quick selling going on that eventually pulled the price back to the 220 to 240 range. Let's see if it will be different this time.
I believe this time bitcoin may do different things as it has progressed to this level with high volumes than last attempts. It means it has enough reasons to stay there at $300 levels for some time. Sustaining above $300 is more important for further price movement. The price is going back bellow than $300. At the moment it is 298 as shows on coindesk bitcoin price chart. I think it should take the highest level on November or December for this year that can be sure yet as the price climbing faster than normal is a sign of unstability. We cannot sure what will happen with it. And the halving is coming soon too so this is unpredictable If the price rises too fast, it is not good for the medium. We need lower volatility to show the bitcoin as a value store and currency. |

This is also my main concern. This time could be different. We have Gemini now, it is regulated and has bank to custody our money. |

The bitcoin price hits highest level since July. If we go up a little more even we can start saying highest price since start of 2015.
Were we in the longest bear market of bitcoin? Are we out of the bear market? What is the watershed price to enter bull market? |
