Take the executable and upload it here https://www.virustotal.com/  If it reports that it is infected and you ran the executable then you most likely have the virus and you'll need to wipe everything, don't waste your time with trying to remove it.  If virus total reports back that there is no virus, you should still be very very cautious because it is serious stuff.  I wouldn't use anything the 'fake me' put up for download.

mprep has nothing to do with it.  Theymos is the only one who can reinstate accounts to the original owner.  As far as getting in touch with Theymos, someone respectable here said I have a better chance of getting in touch with the Queen, so....  He did however give my old account negative feedback and delete the link so at least people can't download his virus anymore.

Ok good.  I was hoping to get it taken care of quietly but I'd rather have my reputation shot than have people download viruses.  Hopefully I can get control over it one day so I can at least have access to my PMs

Don't download anything from jch9678.  It's my account but MColeman hacked it.  I'm trying to recover my account but it's not looking good.

Thanks for replying.  The guy is posting virus-filled miners in the sgminer thread.  If I can't recover it, my old account needs to be locked so people don't download his viruses.

I PM'ed Theymos and followed his directions exactly.  I can prove I own the account by signing a message with a bitcoin address.  I shamelessly hijacked one of Theymos threads to get his attention here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1215937.msg12821328#msg12821328

But I've heard nothing.  I'm sure he's extremely busy and most of the attempts to regain control over an account are fraudulent but mine isn't and I can prove it.  I've spent almost 2 years cultivating relationships and making friends and saving data/PMs that really mean a lot to me.  I never realized how much I would miss it until this happened.

Is there anyone that can do this besides Theymos?  I'm desperate.  Thanks in advance.
