ok, first of all, your services arent as cheap as you advertise them. exchanging from PM to LR for example is like 4% on your platform, while other sites like onlychange do this for free/1%, sometimes even negative fee.
Also, why isnt it possible to exchange from liqpay to other currencies except okpay? I mean, say I want to buy from liqpay to LR, I have to exchange to okpay, and from okpay to lr. doesnt really make sense, except for the one cashing in nearly 10% fees on that exchange.

For example 10 OkPay USD to LR are 9.80 but the rate is 1 = 0.99000 LR USD (1%). Which one is correct?
Correct. 1% is our real rate.
The thing is when you send us for ex. 10 LR we receive 9.90 LR do to the LR send money commission which is also 1% (2.99 max). So the commissions for LR will be 10 USD - 1% (LR) and then - 1% (our commission) = 9.8.
But if you will send about 1000 LR the LR commission will be ~3, so the total will be 1000 USD - 3 - 1% (our commission) = 987 LR.
So just keep in mind the payment system commission itself.
Regarding LiqPay: We have received an official notice that LiqPay e-currency can not be exchanged to LR, PM or BTC because of their policies. Sorry for that but we have to follow their conditions.
