read the venmo link I attached to the first post, venmo blocked my account because he stated he was buying BTC, I wasn't trying to scam him, I told him to wait a while b4 I sent the BTC and luckily I hadn't sent the BTC when I received the message. from my side I haven't lost anything and if he spoke to me he would have know what happend and maybe come to an understanding on what to do next.

I have never scammed a single person in my life and now I have lost my account and have negative rap from some idiot here, if it was possible I would issue a refund but because of this message sent on venmo when he made payment I am unable to issue a refund
I still don't see the accusation being settled. Until you refund OP you are still involved in scam accusation. My account has been frozen, how do you expect me to refund him? the funds are in my account and they won't be going anywhere until they receive the requested documents  |

I made an exchange with him and he sent the funds twice as BTC exchange and my account got frozen. BTC is against Venmo user agreement, now I am unable to do anything with the account Here is the link: https://help.venmo.com/customer/portal/articles/651173and here is the email I received 2 hours after he sent me the payment: I will be opening a scam thread for the buyer and also posting on the scam thread he opened against me  Dam that sucks. How much btc bobsa? I was lucky I hadn't sent the BTC, I will be sending the documents and they told me they will release the funds, I won't be issuing a refund to the buyer, I want to open a scam thread and upload the pictures from Venmo soon |
