It'd be nice to get out of here quicker, but I guess I can wait it out and read through some threads... I'm waiting to be able to call a scammer out in a particular thread. Hope I'm not breaking any etiquette rules in the process. Seems like a quality forum from what I've seen so far.

Hi, I'm a newb and I just signed up to post to the cigs.eu thread... thought I should warn anyone thinking about purchasing from them that they refuse to honour a stated '100% moneyback guarantee' published on the front page of their site.

Not only that, their 'support' ignored my emails for a month then replied to one of my most recent with a threat to try to prosecute me for 'friendly fraud' and screw up my credit rating/relationship with my bank (their words) if I sought a refund!

I believe a representative of their company is still hocking his wares on his site. So. Would be nice to hear his take.
