Thank you all on your views. I was smart enough not to reinvest all in PETA stocks and now have a varying portfolio on different sites

Hey guys, at the moment when most people voted PETA not to reinvest we all lost a lot of value. At the moment our stocks are worth maybe 1/10th they used to and the dividend is becoming less every day. Why was every so stupid to vote not to invest anymore? Now it's like *poof* and the money is gone.. Is there any future in PETA mining? I remember investing 5BTC, worth 9BTC after some time. Then after the vote I saw it lose its value to about 1BTC. Why did we let this happen? Also, I voted against and have been buying stocks with dividends.

It seems that most of us are past the Mt.Gox fiasco, good to know! Lets see what the future brings us.

We all noticed how the Bitcoin went up the last days. Which is very nice ofcourse. But today we all received an email from Mt.Gox 'Announcement of Commencement of Bankruptcy Proceedings'.
Every single time something good happens Mt.Gox is ready to destroy it. What will this email do? Remind people of how much they failed, unnecessary lowering the confidence people have in BTC? What will this email do with the recent price range? Any thoughts of that?
When will Mt.Gox, or as I see it 'the cancer of btc', finally leave us alone?

Are there any statistics on how profitable mining at bitparking is? How much more income does merged mining deliver? Are we talking about 0.1%, 1% or 10%?

Well, if it happens I would love to buy some 10 dollar coins

Coin seems still alive. If anyone is interested in buying some, just contact me

Why is this still not fixed? The coin is going to die this way

After being more than a day behind it updated. However, I did not receive any coins since it got stuck.

I tried adding the nodes to the config file, but I got no results. I am now mining at CoinEx. 30+ghash on its way. Found a block in the first minute I started mining

I am switching back to another coin until this problem is resolved.

My client cannot connect anymore. Even after restarting a couple of times it will not synchronize. Does anyone else have the same issue?

Ok, lets try this coin for a change. I am tired of mining Bitcoin and Litecoin. 33000 mhash on its way

pool opened (1% fee): feeleep I got an error while creating my account: "Unable to create account: Failed to create confirmation token" However, my account turned out to be created after all. Can anyone explain me why I should go for that normal mining pool or the p2p one?

What is the expected number of coins per ghash per hour?

Ecocoinpool @ ltcoin is not working. Getting target-misses all the time. Other pools at ltcoin work though.
Ecocoinpool @ coinmine is not working either?! Difficulty is set to high..

Pool is not working. Tried mining, but it failed.

I assume the temperatures and fan speeds disappeared due to a mismatch of OpenCL and ADL devices (according to the following text at cgminer's start): I have the exact same problem. I'll let you know when I have found a solution. I have no clue about your other problems. My cards are always running at the same speed, with or without monitor. Even remote (ssh) has the same values. I did have some problems when I was running on Windows, but most of the time I could fix that by reinstalling the drivers.

Hey guys,
A couple of days ago I switched from a windows mining setup to a debian mining setup. I have installed the drivers, all cards are recognized and mining works. But I still have some issues. At first some specific gpu options were not supported by CGminer. Opions like --gpu-engine and --gpu-memclock were not supported and also not showing in the --help section. I fixed that by reinstalling the AMD ADL SDK. However, here comes my problem, the options are still not working. CGminer accepts the options such as --gpu-engine, but whatever value I enter it does not change. I have 4 7970 cards running at 700 k/mhash which is lower compared to my windows setup. I does not matter which value I enter for --gpu-engine and --gpu-memclock, the cards keep running at stock value.
Does anyone have an idea of what I might have done wrong?
Thanks in advance, BitCrawler
