Did you actually read the opposition to the sale and listened to what the judge said during the hearing before writing that post? If not, please do.

What happened to the " franchise" deal of Minior Miner ? wasn't he confident that we will all get our money back soon Huh what happened to all the propose offer that Minor miner brother ( head of the creditor counsel ) had. LQB deal was the only deal we had at least we would of had a chance to see some money back !!!!

Mimior miner care to comment since you have such a great business mind ? or was the deployment that LQB wanted to do was going to affect your family mine too much ?

with all the ASIC coming out the HF chips are worthless now OH wait the lawyer for the creditors counsel said it was a non depreciating asset???!!!!! ( lawyer that use to represent The creditors counsel president Robert Hedgworth) Minor miner brother and Koi system a large mine.

now Im quite curious to see how we would get any money back???

Cloud mining actually encourages centralization.  If gives the cloud mining company are larger presence and the "gift" of your purchase allows them to either build or buy their own private farm which they make a profit off of and then "offer" to you 3 months after they made their share.  Rinse & repeat.

Well that may be true, I'm not a professional nicer and i can tel you that i won't know what to do with my equipment if i had it deliver to me. but i can tel you that i did make money on my contract on nimbus they where the only one who did not have more fees after you paid for your basing and they let you chose you're pool !
any way my experience was positive and i can only recommend them.

Cloud mining allows companies to take your money and make profits with it.  The end user does not make profits from cloud mining.

In what scenario have you ever seen companies give away profit?  Companies like Pizza Hut will allow you franchise, but you have to do work to make a profit (and they still get their take).  Why would a mining company readily give up free profit that requires no real work?

Being able to choose how and where to point your miner is an essential component if we wish to to preserve Bitcoins Decentralized Network. That is why SWMC's Hashing Exchange will be offering individuals the choice to mine at any mining pool they want, or even solo mine if they wish.

Nimubus mining already offer that service since January !!!

Has it occurred to you that LB prepaid 6 MILLION dollars and no one else did? Not even close? That it is basically LB that bank rolled all of HashFast?  Perhaps it has occurred to you that LB is just as much of a victim as any of us, and that they are fighting for their survival because of HF's treachery and crookedness?

LB has indicated during the conference that they wanted to create a mine that would encompass all of the creditors, on a pro-rata basis if an agreement could be reached on the terms.  This is what they had dealt with HF: a percentage of the mining back to HF.  This time, it would be to the smaller creditors instead.  So far they ARE BY FAR the largest creditors, with the most at stake.  They are the ones who are loosing the most, and paying the most in legal fees against HF, and you are falling on them?  WHY?

OF COURSE, none of this will happen if we confuse the enemy for them instead of HF.  LB so far has been efficiently active, quiet and respectful.  Is it because they invested incredibly large amounts that you are now hitting on them before even asking what their intentions might be?  Greg is an upstanding guy and has been a fair player in the community for years.  That in itself says more than most can say.

Instead of bashing and attacking blindly, I would encourage you to recognize potential allies that do seem to know what they are doing.
7  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [Official] Message from the Montreal Bitcoin Embassy on: August 24, 2013, 09:56:06 PM
Call me a cynic but having the word "Embassy" in the title makes it seem like this is being run by a bunch of egotistical morons with delusions of grandeur.

I'll tell you what I see.  I see a group of people that have dedicated an entire building, in a prime location, to Bitcoin.  I see a group of passionate and hardworking bitcoiners working around the clock to create a Bitcoin Shop, to create a welcoming permanent meet-up space where events, lectures and classes will also be given.  This bunch of "egotistical morons with delusions of grandeur" are not getting paid to do this.  In fact, they are investing their time, efforts, and resources into the project that also includes a bitcoin-only incubator along with the Non-Profit Organization with a clear mission to help the adoption of bicoin, engage dialogs with regulators and financial institutions.  The "bunch of morons" in question have been invloved in the bitcoin space for years and are all very active in the community.

May I suggest that before expressing your feelings about a group of people over a simple name that you happen not to like, first take the time to look at what they are doing and trying to accomplish.  You might find that perhaps you should be encouraging them instead of insulting them.

Then again Leckey, it may be that your own contributions to the bitcoin community are so phenomenal that their puny efforts are meaningless to you.  Would you mind sharing all that you are currently doing for the community compared to those "egotistical morons with delusions of grandeur"?
