6  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is the best Sports-Betting Plattform Online? on: December 09, 2015, 07:38:37 PM
Am I missing something special about DirectBet? The website looks really awful, range of markets on a game limited, no live customer support chat. Plus the directbet staff who post on this forum, just auto-spam every thread with an ad!

Are you taking a fee on every deposit or something? Depositing 1 BTC gives you 0.998 BTC in your balance. Annoying for your friends of oshi! promotion-thing too as well.

I had the exact same problem, I had to flag it with live chat who didn't understand what was happening but refunded me the fee.

They also gave me 10 free spins, but despite three separate chats with support they where not able to help me get them working.

Was a dreadful first experience and I'm now avoiding this casino
10  Economy / Gambling / Re: Fan Duel, Draft Kings on: November 21, 2015, 06:37:15 PM
From what I understand is that the loophole they exploited is that "Games of Skill" such as Fantasy Sports where exempted from UIEGA which was the law that prevented online gambling.

The case will be about is daily fantasy sports skill or luck versus season long fantasy sports games.

What hasn't helped that in the UK both Fan Duel and DraftKings have applied for a Gambling License in order to operate in the UK

I'm excited to join the casino coin revolution.

Any progress in having online casinos accept it? What about the various bitcoin casinos?
12  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice fucked me over :-/ on: November 17, 2015, 07:36:05 PM
It's clearly a bad situation for you, hindsight is 20/20 vision but you should never chase your losses.

Also I think it's only fair your edit the subject of this thread, as PrimeDice have done nothing wrong.

Go get professional help and don't rely on advice from random strangers on a discussion forum.
16  Economy / Gambling / Re: Fan Duel, Draft Kings on: November 15, 2015, 06:28:59 PM
Is NY the only state that is prohibited?

No a few states already had bans in place and Fan Duel, DraftKings and Yahoo don't accept players from:  Arizona, Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, and Washington State.

The reason that New York is getting so much press is the way the ban came in place and the fact that it probably accounts for 10% to 15% of the player pool, so will have a significant impact on the industry.
17  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best provably fair bitcoin casinos. on: November 15, 2015, 06:04:32 PM
Really surprised BitCasino.io was not on the list of voting options, easily the best bitcoin casino.
18  Other / Archival / Re: bitcoin/altcoin slot machine on: November 15, 2015, 04:29:22 PM
I tried playing on this site but i found the slot game kinda boring. I think you should add more slots game atleast and add option to change the withdrawal address

Aren't all slot games the same? I mean they have basically like different ''skins'' like different images but it's pretty much the same, isn't it?

Slot games vary in a few ways, one is volatility of wins so lots of small payouts versus small number of large payouts. The payout percentage or what's called the return to player can vary.

Apart from that it's down to in-game mechanics such as number of reels, lines and bonus/side rounds
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there a difference between buying shares in the stock exchange and gambling? on: November 15, 2015, 07:45:10 AM
I think stock exchange one can make money in the long run but in gambling most likely every one will lose money. What you guys think?

They are both very similar in that if you are disciplined, patient and do your homework you could make long term profits. But most people participants in financial trading/gambling don't do this and don't make long term profits.

I think if your talking about day trading then correct mostly people make a mistake and lose money in share market but if one buy a good company shares then mostly they will make a good profits over the time. But in case of gambling one will either win profits fast or lose every thing at instantly so both are not same.

I disagree, with Poker as you are playing against other players and there is no "house-edge" it is possible (with the right hard work) to be a long term profitable player. Sports betting to a lesser extent offers the same advantages but again requires a huge amount of work.

All other casino games in the long run you are unlikely to be profitable
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling can be profitable in the long run! It is possible! on: November 14, 2015, 08:31:41 PM

So there is a difference between interaction source, and money source.

That I agree with, except in the situation of a new casino, where they will have to put together a house bankroll to manage the variance of wins and losses until the player pool grows to a suitable size.
