Pre 94 assault weapon ban, which many states adopted into state law that lasted longer than the federal law.
basically from how I understand it, if you live in New York, you can't have an AR-15 unless its an AR-15 made before 1994

If you would be willing to make a road trip and drive it out to the east coast, I'd give you 7k worth of bitcoins for it.

I was thinking about trying to sell my AR also, hadn't considered for bitcoins though, that's not a bad idea. Hopefully I'll be able to watch your sale and see how much demand there is. Particularly mine is a pre-ban, which is useless in my gun-loving state, so I'm hoping that somebody who lives in a state that requires a pre-ban will be happy to take it off my hands, I just want a modern AR like yours. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

If I can find the right boat to live on, I am willing to give up my life on land for a more "pirate" oriented lifestyle. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I want a boat that can comfortably sleep at least 4, and has to have everything needed for a decently comfortable lifestyle (range, oven, fridge, microwave, TV, etc) I have a budget of $20k, but I would much prefer to find one for under $15k. I plan on keeping it docked for the majority of the time, so if there is a little engine work that needs to be done (but that can be fixed while i'm living on it) then that's okay with me. if that's what it takes to afford a really nice boat, then I can deal with investing in the engine over time. I live near the mid-atlantic east coast, so it would be preferable if you were somewhere near here, but anywhere on the east coast should be workable. Looking forward to getting some replies to this!!

I am very interested in purchasing a Chevy Avalanche for bitcoins. Doesn't really matter what year, what color, how many miles, etc The only thing that really matters is where its located. I am on the middle east coast, and can't travel too far for it. So if your also near the mid-Atlantic, then we're golden, but if not you may have to find a way to get the truck closer to me. I'm sure someone on here has one that they or their spouse considers a wasteful gas guzzler and they want to downsize to a more economical vehicle. This is your chance! I will gladly take that gas consuming monster off your hands! ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Don't suppose you have any older, cheaper boats for sale do you? ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) I would love to buy this boat from you, but my budget is only $20k. If the bitcoin value quadruples anytime soon, I'll take this boat off your hands in a heartbeat! lol

That's funny I was thinking of doing the same thing! I also am in need of a car and since all my money is in bitcoins, I would really not want to bother wish cashing them out. Hope you don't mind if I browse your thread for potential vehicles as well. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Don't worry I'll let you get first dibs OP! ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Personally though for anyone reading, I am looking for someone preferably on the east coast USA, and I am looking for either a pick-up or a muscle car. Ideally a Ford F-150 or some kind of classic camaro or challenger. ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)

I am hoping to find someone, preferably in Virginia, who will rent me a home and let me pay in bitcoins. I would also be okay with New Hampshire. Hell, if I could find somebody willing to work out an arrangement like this, I'd probably move just about anywhere. If you have a property for rent and would consider accepting bitcoins let me know! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

What do you mean by releasing after the difficulty increase? Maybe you mean block reward halving?
You should also give at least a few details about what the site actually is, if you want people to be interested in learning more.
Jesse, we need to cook. Ah so your in the empire business! I would make a good "Mike" if your in need of such badass talent. ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)

We're interested in establishing a business grounded in providing helpful information and guidance to the layman interested in investing in the bitcoin market (you can call it a trust fund). We'd like to have a website built and moderated ASAP; wherein we'll manage a blog that our investors can reference to learn more about the day-to-day activities within bitcoin's economy. Before long they should look no further than the television news, but a blog will suffice for a multitude of needs. In addition to those services, we've set goals to establish a business that can be funded initially by private investors, followed by an IPO on the GLBSE. More to come from that. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Thanks for considering us businesses! Coinvestor Team I would absolutely be interested in that!

Yes. And given a few more years, I can also see it hitting over $1000. Here's why: Bitcoin has everything to become a new major worldwide money & payment standard. It has enormous benefits (e.g. see here or here) and greatly fits with the uprise of information technology and the integration of internet in our everyday lives. At the same time, banks and governments are trying hard to destroy our existing euro and dollar based economy, undermining it with ridiculous credits, loans, creation of money out of thin air by the billions, and covering debts with even greater debts, ad infinitum. Now, do the math: how much do you think is one 21millionth of the global economy (at least the part that deals in BTC) worth? Sure, banks will disapprove. They see their old-fashioned wealth, monopolistic position, power and privileges melt away. Well, tough luck. It's the age of the internet, we don't need banks anymore to handle our wealth and payments. They can't put the genie back in the bottle. The times they are a changin'. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

C. Rutledge Wilson of Defense Distributed - http://PrintableGun.comWe're stepping out and publicly raising money to prove and spread a CAD/STL file for a completely 3D printable handgun. We're hastening a brave new world, and are happy to be at the nexus of First and Second Amendment and IP issues. We've been getting a lot of support in Bitcoin, so I wanted to join the forum and learn more myself! Very interesting. I like where this is going!! I need a 3d printer ASAP.
