What happened:: I have a thread for gifting steam games, have a few pounds in my account, anyways, did a sale of 3 Fallout 4 games to hardshot. The next day they reply saying that the steam games have revoked and they don't have it and that I either need to refund them or buy them another 3 copies (why ask to buy another 3 copies? Beats me) But as far as it goes, they are still gifted to his email address: abargsten1@googlemail.comQuestion is, why would he want to buy 3 copies? Also, he claims I scammed him, but why ask for me to buy him another x3 copies. Bullshit they did, I can even provide a login to my steam account to an escrow for proof. They got sent to you! Even the billing says gifted to you. Woah damn I did t expect op to end up like 5his did u try andactivate one and get revoked or was 8t be that No, I gifted to him to his email address. 3 copies of fallout 4. They have all gone through and even now on steam it says gifted. |

Sorry, $35 is the lowest as provided on my second post (Offer for my feedback) But yeah, I'm more than happy to use an escrow. Are these games legally obtained, and do I have any chance of getting my account banned/game revoked? I am only interested if legitimacy can be proved in some way, because I've had some unfortunate experiences in the past. This is as legal as anything. I have £420 in my steam wallet, it was a Christmas Present from my Grandad assuming I still use steam as he lives a good 4hours away from me in car. Having not been able to ask steam to give my money back I decided the only way is to buy and sell games on steam and the only way to do so is gift it etc.. It's as legal as anything. If you can contact steam about it, by all means do so, even if you do it before or after a trade. Not sure what steam will say but by legal rights it's my money in the steam wallet and if I choose to sell the games on steam using my funds then I should be able to. |
