I have registered on here to express my feelings towards Btc-Casino.io and their ethic.
To make a long story short, casino had a maintenance during my bonus round (12 free spin on Gonzo's Quest) which ended up cancelling my free spin. It happened to me before on other casino (after all they are all using the same provider) and the game sessions are logged and therefore it's easy to be verified when the issue happened. It happened to me in the past at bitstarz and betcoin and either the session resumed automatically or support was able to validate the information and adjust the balance.
Now, If Btc Casino is using a method or doesn't track session ids or whatever reason they couldnt validate the information, I wouldn't mind as much what has been happening for the last 2 weeks.
As soon as there maintenance was done, I have contacted support explaining the issue and was helped by "Nathalie" (which was very friendly) and was told I would receive a compensation for the incident. Has to be approved by the "financial" dep blablabla which is normal and I don't mind waiting.
Since then, I have opened a ticket (as as I never received any updates on this) and as you can see by this screenshot it's ridiculous. The ticket keeps getting ignored and closed. Its been more than 2 weeks now and I am still waiting an update from the "financial dep"
I really don't mind that the maintenance happened during my bonus round and if anything, I would have most probably gambled away my winning from the round lol. But I think this shows a big red flag when it comes to playing at their casino.
I sincerely hope I am an isolated incident.
