Hey Blockchain, you have an app for Android an iOS, but can you PLEASE make an app for Windows Phone 8 as well? WP8 is outselling iOS in 24 countries and it has a market share of around 10% nowadays, but there's no way for us to pay for anything with our phones, import paper wallets, etc. Basically we Windows Phone users can't do anything with bitcoin. Can you please help us out by releasing a blockchain.info app? I would be really grateful. P.s., I'm a full-time Windows Phone developer myself, I made the Kraken app ( http://www.windowsphone.com/s?appid=a3857353-599a-434f-8293-398745723de6). If you need help with this, I'm available. +1 million. WP8 has an increasingly dominant international position compared to iOS internationally, which is crucial for global bitcoin adoption. And of course, Microsoft looks to be around for awhile (unlike, for instance, Blackberry). Don't miss out on this market. We should have a solution for you in the very near future! -Mandrik

I dont know if blockchain.info actually pays attention to this thread, but if you guys do... The recent updates that limit most recent found blocks on homepage to 4.... SUCKS! Please restore the 7 block count....or at least 6 blocks!
It's back to six. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Why are the transaction amounts shown defaulting back to my local currency (EUR) instead of BTC? Since a week or so this is happening most of the time and it's getting really annoying that the site doesn't remember my preference for BTC and I have to click on the amount to change it back to BTC. By the way, why is it defaulting to local currency? imho the standard should be BTC.
This issue should be fixed now. Sorry for any problems! Black news section on whole-white web page? Really? #dislike
I think we all disliked it, and this has since been changed. Hope the new look is easier on the eyes. I still check this forum out, but sorry for the non-replies lately. You can always submit a ticket at blockchain.zendesk.com, and I will respond within a few hours. We have a lot of exciting changes coming up in the near future! -Mandrik

neither site nor new android app seem to be working right now.
Still having any problems? How can this link still be your customer support section?
I'm fed up guys... Fix your transaction fee. You can open a ticket here - https://blockchain.zendesk.com/. We reply within hours when you do. Keeping tabs on forum posts isn't the best way to interact with users, but it is still be beneficial for this thread to exist. Also, our transaction fees are based on this - https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Transaction_fees. The minimum fee cannot be lowered until the protocol is changed. The Android app doesn't seem to scan watch only addresses properly. I tested this out, and it worked fine now. Let me know if you still experience any issues scanning keys. I don't think the official iPhone app has been updated in a long time, most likely an Apple bitcoin hating issue, not a puik ignoring iOS issue?? To say Apple isn't the biggest fan of bitcoin right now would be quite the understatement. Hopefully we can have an update in the near future for iOS devices.

Guys, is it possible to configure the same email address for several wallets? I love blockchain.info and have several wallets, but I would want to have them all linked to the same email for operational reasons... Is this possible?
You definitely can have the same email address for multiple wallets.

Hey all, sorry about email notifications not being sent! The issue is now resolved, and you should receive 2FA links again.

We're extremely limited in what we can do for issues involving passwords not working. We can help track down lost identifiers, reset two factor authentication & IP locks, and even provide a history of backups for a user's wallet. Unfortunately if the password does not work then there is nothing more we can do. We have the lost password mnemonic page ( https://blockchain.info/wallet/forgot-password?guid=). Whenever a password is changed by a user they need to make sure to note the new mnemonic. Otherwise the old password will still display when you enter the old mnemonic in. We certainly don't want people to lose access to their funds, so we try to offer as many backup plans as possible.

I'm keeping track of all these suggestions, because we're constantly trying to improve the site. Thanks so much for the feedback so far!

Any chance you could add a $ approximation to the miner's fee on the custom send money page. It's a little inconvenient to do have to calculate the rough value of what I'm willing to pay and then double check I've counted the zeros correctly. It's very easy to accidentally pay 10x more than was intended. Thanks. The mining profit and electricity consumption stats are said to be based on electricity consumption of 600 w/gigahash. This is out of date by factor of at least 100 . Can you update? (Block Erupters are about 7.5 w/ghs and some of the newer ASICS are under a watt). Otherwise the false impression is being given that the network is hugely inefficient in terms of electricity consumption, which is unfortunate. I'll add these to the suggestion box. What happened with Firefox browser extension? https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/my-wallet/ gives me "We're sorry, but we can't find what you're looking for." Also, many users (including myself) have reported that version 1.98 wasn't working properly, did anyone from support comment about that? I can't find any comment regarding this. I'm checking into why this isn't on the Firefox app page. If what you are reporting about 1.98 was widespread, then it may have been removed until this can be resolved.

my android app now doesn't work and triggers blocking because of my IP locking, it didn't do this before... Will I've had a couple other users note this change in the last week or so. I already sent this off to Piuk, but thanks for the heads up! Minor feature request: Please print out a text version of the TOTP secret key below the qr code image on the two factor authentication settings page. I'll pass this suggestion along, but in the meantime you can use a different QR scanner app to get a copy of the secret key. If you ever need to reset two factor authentication, then you can just submit a 2FA reset request. We usually process these within 12-24 hours max (I check them multiple times a day).

I'm aware of this problem and trying to contact Ben for help getting it resolved. I have also not been able to reach him, but I am sure he will address this issue ASAP. I'm sorry that the only thing I can do at this time is ask for you to wait a little bit longer.

Hi everyone,
There are a couple of issues with the Pingit service currently.
1. Overwhelming demand. The wallet that holds the coins for these transactions has been depleted several times.
2. User error Some users are not using the correct confirmation number etc, so the system is not able to process there order even though the payment was sent.
3. Some other error Unfortunately the site's owner, Ben, is on vacation until Oct 5th. There are a number of users who have sent their payment but have not received their bitcoins yet. This is not a scam, and I understand the frustration, but it will need to be addressed by Ben himself, so please be patient until Oct 5th.
For now, I recommend refraining from using the service until Ben is able to address the current bugs. All the other features of the site should be fine.
Thank you all for using Blockchain.info
