The Gospel of Mary (Magdalene)

[...]

The message and art was appreciated and all but i think it would be better posted at The Off Topic Board.

Omitting the wall of biblical text would have been sufficient, though.
The (painted?) image looks better than most AI girls posted here, imo.

Yes.

I'm a former Christian, now atheist, of the agnostic variety, and I find the girl in the painting extremely beautiful. No makeup, natural looks, a little chubby, the epitome of femininity. Those painters of old knew exactly how to capture true feminine beauty. Contrast that image with the current flood of Instagram photos of silicone females with abnormally thick lips, super-sized breasts and exaggerated curves... I won't say "ugly", but I won't say "beautiful" either.

Do you not like the every girl has to look the same look?  Cheesy

The only one I would even consider speaking to is the dark haired one. But I bet even she has an attitude like all young western women these days.

"Adore me, pay everything for me, I'm strong and independent, I have 4 kids by 4 different guys - so now I'm ready to settle down and you can't have fun either, all men are bad, you must be over 6 foot 4 or I won't talk to you, you should vote left, the government should pay for my kids and all immigrants, I should earn the same as you but I don't want to be a rubbish collector or a plumber, because that is beneath me."

(All while not realising they are ALL dating the same 0,01% available men)

I am in Vietnam touring at the moment and the natural beauty of the women here is astounding coupled with a
feminine grace that this barbarian can only be in awe of.

I dont like using the ignore button, but as they say, never say never.

LOL. It gets addicting once you start using that ignore button. Before long this place almost starts seeming normal.

It’s nice to see Bitcoin advancing. There really aren’t too many resistance levels between here and the all time high. Things could become interesting quick. I’m very curious how next week is going to go.

I am finding it hard to not throw the last of my available cash into buying more BTC, awaiting a pullback that just never seems enough to buy into.
Next week should be a clanger, whether a marathon to the moon or a deflation of the current eurphoria.

My euphoric phase is growing again. It is wonderful to have stumbled upon Bitcoin so many years ago and read up on it, learning the hard way of buying high at $30 and maxing the credit card out to do it, spending ages cursing myself but hodling anyway. Today life is not bad my friends.
7  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is ageing and old people part of bitcoin? on: March 14, 2023, 01:06:51 AM
I tried telling many people 10 years ago about bitcoin, I found age had nothing to do with to being open to new ideas and still doesnt. Every now and then someone will say I wish I had of listened and brought 1k's worth, but thinking they are to late now.

Awesome post, a real eye opener. I agree it should be pinned as a continuous reminder of what Bitcoin is up against with the banksters.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hearn's "Faith in Humanity Shaken" after People Awaken to His EVIL Plan! on: January 15, 2016, 07:54:03 AM
Reminds me of Hari Seldon in the Isaac Asimov books. As a pleb I dont know what to make of it all, birthing pains and/or abortion. Crawls back to the comfortable darkness.

The first day of Marks new life, hope the bunk wasn't to harsh after the penthouse. Hope I can send some mail at times just to cheer him up a bit.

When I first made a tax return in Oz there were no specific rules on BTC. I said on my return that I received money from overseas but never got a tax bill until this year for the previous time, on top of the bill there was x amount in interest as the likes of a credit card.

They will find out (even if they had no previous rules) and hunt you down if you dont pay CGT.

I'm hoping there was about 80% drug BTC/$ involved and the rest of us can carry on where we left of sort of.

Q. What will happen to the affiliate companies of the Company?
A. At this stage, we are not aware that such companies have filed for the commencement of
civil rehabilitation proceedings or bankruptcy proceedings.

This is from the new addition to https://www.mtgox.com/img/pdf/20140424_announce_qa_en.pdf by the Admin.

Jeebers I hope the prick Mark Karpeles has not squirreled money away they cannot touch.

I want to go to this meeting but think I best spend the time until then to do calming meditation for the day, so I can go zen mode.
16  Bitcoin / Legal / Mtgox now controlled by Provisional Administrator on: April 16, 2014, 10:42:03 PM
Excerpt.

https://www.mtgox.com/img/pdf/20140416_002_announce_en.pdf

Today, in circumstances in which it would be difficult for the Company to carry out the civil
rehabilitation proceedings, the Tokyo District Court recognized that it would be difficult for the
Company to carry out the civil rehabilitation proceedings and dismissed the application for the
commencement of the civil rehabilitation proceedings, and at the same time, issued an order for
provisional administration by which I was appointed the provisional administrator. In addition, an
Order for Prohibition of Payments and Asset Dispositions and an order for comprehensive
prohibition, the details of which are the same as the ones issued on February 28, 2014, have also
been issued.

At least it is out of Karpeles hands.

http://blog.mtgoxrecovery.com/

Gox's own site has a good read on it now written by the Admin. I like any news that stops Karpeles screwing things further is good news to me but who knows what the future holds..

Does anyone have an address for him? He holds quiet a lot of my money and I wish to contact him about it in person. He started gox through fraud and I doubt he had much money of his own at the time, any personal wealth he has now was gained through gox imo.
I wonder on his personal holdings, web sites and net cafes etc, what does that add up to?

For those who wish the matter to just go away, they remind me of the type who tells a victim of rape to go clean themselves up as it is unpleasant to look at them. We are not bots but very real people.
