I'm new to this whole bitcoin thing. I'm looking for a trustworthy member that I can exchange USD for 23 bitcoin. Looking to use CC, PP or similar. I tried to get setup with liqpay and qiwi, but the translation sucks. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
