You mean that unofficially they target international audience? I am guessing they target anyone they can and hope they get away with it. But this just makes me think that they aren't planning for long time growth, because this is not the planned road. It just looks like that they want to go around regulations as long as they get away with it.
I hope you luck and that i am wrong, because i am guessing that if and when this site finally shuts down, they have planned it in a way they can disappear. And it's not like any of their users who log in via VPN would have legal claim for their money anyway.
More than sure that those formal restrictions are neglected, if not all than most of the gambling sites. As I said earlier, if gambling sites would carefully comply with the requirements and restrictions of regulators, the traffic to their sites and, consequently, their profits would be much less. The Clippers are bringing back Olympic player Nicolas Batum to their fold. However, the clippers now will never be the same IMO, letting PG is really a big move and since Kawhi has already become an injury prone player, I wonder how they'll become a championship team. Harden is good but he is also declining, in fact he hasn't done so much during his time with Nets and Sixers as they didn't reach the NBA finals. So most likely, if Kawhi would be injured again (God forbid), they'll be entrusting the team on Harden to carry the team, good luck. It's worth noting that Batum is far from his prime, and he performed pretty poorly last season, but it's good that the Clippers decided to bring him back. Probably, he can still be useful to them. And given that he is 35 years old, I think he will be able to play at least 2-3 more seasons in the NBA at about the same level. |

Theoretically, it could be done through a support request. However, as you've probably already noticed, getting feedback from them is no easy task. Я хочу завести анонимный тг аккаунт. Слышал страшилки, что среди сотрудников тг есть кроты, сливающие за деньги базы с данными юзеров (в том числе российским силовикам). Я видел ссылку как можно за крипту купить тг аккаунт, привязанный к виртуальному номеру. Я поставлю этот тг на отдельный смартфон; но один момент меня по-прежнему беспокоит. Когда мой тг будет запускаться на моём смартфоне, а смартфон подключаться к wifi, ему (тг) ведь будет известен мой ip? Значит в базах тг будет мой ip, и можно будет сопоставить его с ip других тг аккаунтов и определить кто я?
Как вариант решения, могу поставить на смартфон постоянный платный VPN, например TurboVPN. Но смартфон, возможно, при запуске сначала будет цеплять wifi, и только потом VPN поменяет его IP, т.е. тг запустится первым и успеет узнать мой домашний ip. Как решить эту проблему, если она есть?

Для начала следует внимательно прочитать политику конфиденциальности телеграма. В частности, там указано, что телеграм может собирать такие метаданные, как ip-адрес, устройства и приложения в телеграме, которые пользователь использует, историю изменений ника и т. д. Подобная информация может храниться вплоть до 1 года. Если же вы так обеспокоены анонимностью, то, наверное, следует зарегистрировать аккаунт в телеграме на анонимный номер, который можно купить на фрагменте. Касательно vpn, то лучше всего арендовать vps и сконфигурировать личный vpn-сервер. В идеале, такой впн или уже готовый вариант (платный впн) от какого-нибудь сервиса должен успешно проходить любые тесты на утечку IP адрес, DNS, WebRTC и т.д. Помимо этого, в vpn следует обязательно включать функцию kill switch, особенно если переживаете по поводу того, что на вашем устройстве может быть автоматическое подключение к wifi. p.s. А по поводу раздачи трафика с телефона на пк, то ip-адрес у пк будет почти такой же. Номер сети будет такой же, а номер узла(устройства) будет отличаться. |

Team USA has won their first exhibition game against Canada 86-72. A good start for the boys in red white and blue. Canada is one of their more difficult opponents so it’s nice they beat them by so much even though it was an exhibition game. I’m expecting to see an undefeated gold medal run out of them.
They will also play against Australia and Serbia at the Abu Dhabi showcase event in the coming days and then against South Sudan and Germany in London. I think none of these teams will pose a serious problem for the USA team. In principle, it isn't surprising, considering the number of NBA stars on this team. |

The last time I posted here 3 weeks ago, I said already to the owner, you guys didn't listen to us, and as a result hired some guy to do support who clearly was out of his depth. Didn't even know the forum rules, and then since replying to me, has never come on to say anything (but was last online 2 days ago).
You guys need to start paying attention to us users if you really want to save the site.
It seems like that account(CSFBC) was either created as a distraction or whoever was behind it just didn't get the job done. Either way, now their support account is getting useless as it ignores questions from the community just like TheQuin did before. Мне хоть спокойно будет со стороны за этими процессами наблюдать, потому что не имею личного интереса.
Если посмотреть на график, то курс тона неплохо пропампили в марте(последний месяц майнинга not) и во время его листинга. Однако, лично я не ожидаю, что подобный сценарий повторится во время листинга хомяка и других тап-проектов. Хотя размер аудитории некоторых проектов уже больше, чем у not, но их влияние на курс тона навряд ли будет таким же. |

How about the rumor that the New York Knicks is pursuing Karl Anthony Towns from the Wolves? Do they think that KAT is a perfect fit for them that Julius Randle? I know that Julius is injured, but still I think the did good in terms of the numbers against the current champion Boston Celtics. Just imagine if he is healthy in their playoff run, it could be a very different outcome and for sure they will go day in day out to fight and try to win with Randle. And with that, there's a lot of rumors about them getting KAT. And in terms of leadership, I think he will still be the man in New York, but they have a lot of options now with Brunson putting up a numbers for a small guy in the Knicks uniform.
Though KAT is not consistent but if he and Randle will be healthy playing together with Brunson and the rest of the squad they will create a competitive lineup. I like the idea of bringing them together though it's not an easy task for the coaching staff knowing that all those 3 stars are more on handling the ball or more on wanting the ball. Not sure if Timverwolves will let KAT go as they got a good campaign last season beating the defending champ, though knowing that rumor sometimes happened, let see what will be the update about it. Yep, the Wolves were able to beat the Nuggets, but then they screwed up in the next round with the Mavs. Honestly, their playoff performance could have been better. As for KAT, he has a huge contract with the Wolves, and he's actually one of the team's major assets. Even if there are rumors of him being traded, it's obvious that Wolves management won't give him away for nothing. |

At the bottom of the page, OK.fun included the logo of AFA in the sponsorship part. Do they (OK.fun) really have any sponsorship deal with Argentine Football Association (AFA)?  Due to my curiosity, I explored the official AFA website https://www.afa.com.ar/en/ but I cant find OK.fun logo on their sponsorship information. There is a regional sponsor namely OKVIP with similar logo as OK.fun (different color and reversed logo), I clicked it and it directs me to completely different site with OK.fun. The question, is by any chance OKVIP related/affiliated to OK.fun?  The logos are indeed similar, but there are doubts that OK.fun and OKVIP have something to do with each other, as the OK.fun site was registered back in 2023 while the OKVIP site was registered just in May this year. It would be clearer if it would be possible to compare more legal information of these companies. However, I don't see ToS on the OK.fun website. Moreover, it should be noted that if there really is a partnership, the information about it is usually available on the AFA site, the gambling site, and third-party media. |

Думаю, просто в рунах-ординалсах сейчас стадия затишья, да и летом традиционно активность падает. Судя по статистике, в последние дни в сети битка было всего лишь 0.5% ординалов и 4.7% рун-транзакций. Фактически, данная активность сейчас находится почти на самом низком уровне. I don't think that many of these sites even care if people log in from restricted countries without vpn as long as they don't admit they are from restricted location. I remember looking at some casinos with website's traffic analyzer while ago, and saw that sometimes the major traffic came from casino's restricted countries. If that traffic was indeed gamblers from those countries, i am thinking at some point something is going to be done about it.
I am not judging anyone for doing that, but personally i wouldn't have the guts to wait for the day i get banned, and there would be nothing i could do it if i violated their ToS such a major way.
I think many casinos want the regulators not to have any formal questions for them. But at the same time, casinos want to get as much profit as possible. This is probably typical for many gambling platforms, especially crypto gambling platforms. As for Betfury, I honestly don't remember any case when they would ban a user because of a VPN or because of entering their site from a restricted region. |

On the one hand, it's commendable that you think that the anonymity of users is important and that you don't plan to force users to KYC. I hope your words will also be stated in your ToS. But on the other hand, the lack of any verification is something that can attract bots and abusers. I think the problem with bots and users using dishonest poker methods is relevant not only for regular poker rooms but also for poker rooms in Telegram. |
