i open address book is empty

and if the vendor sent money to the  address before i reinstall
can still i have that after new install bitcoin

i new use bitcoin
i make withdraw my money to bitcoin and that need time 2 day to proccess
the problem is last night i shutdown my laptop and bitcoin software  reinstall from my laptop i forgot disable DF first
and now i install again bitcoin on my laptop but the address show on bitcoin its new

my question if vendor sent bitcoin to my lost address is still i will have that money?
or i must change my bitcoin address to new address
