Everything works on C2X side but if ther is coinpayments issue, we will report it. It seems it is working for us.

You need to provide us:
1. username
2. address you use for investment
3. screenshot of your investment
4. blockchain txid of your investment
so we can make sure you do are not trying to access others accounts.
Do not complain about response time, we work for all investor, not just you. This is your own fault for not setting password, this is not our fault.
All of this? Dude just sign your Bitcoin address to prove you're the owner of that address who spent the bitcoins.  We think about this, then we think, if you can not know how to update your password you may not know how to do this... If this can be done rexbit, we will be able to help you faster. |

Issue fixed everyone, sorry for the problem.
We hope that this is not a recurring issue from CoinPayments!

We have seen the issue, working on it as soon as possible. It seem coinpayments has given us error messages for processing withdrawals, since they are our API provider we are speaking with them and as soon as they respond they should be able to fix the problem.

Send us original ID and we will do our best to recover account/give you new password. Please work with us response time as we are also working on new feature.

Logout=New account according to you? I don't think so. Logout means I do not want to be logged into my account anymore, doesn't mean I want to create a new account  Just stop it, OK? Yeah you are funny but this will not solve the problem that I have an investment with only a username and without a password, only because you made it that way (to be able to invest without having an account) . When logged out - you in GUEST mode When logged in - you in your account that is not hard to understand.
