As we all know Skrill is known for reversible charges. I have created a skrill account with two bank accounts attached but want to transfer to Perfect Money because most Local Bitcoin have a) higher limits and b) I don't have to upload ID for every transaction. Skill is good because funds are INSTANTLY withdrawn

Do you know of any reliable and trustworthy exchanges which will accept the skrill transfer into perfect money account? Most I have googled have been reviewed as scammers (despite being the 4th link on google search...)

Anyone you can recommend? I don't mind providing ID to make it happen. Just looking for the right exchange.

do you sell BTC for skrill ? There's no transactions because its a new account (and i'm new here too)

just trying to figure it all out - i assume there's no escow and it's all based on trust and i'd have to send the skrill funds first

you can't chargeback bank account transfers from skrill right? only CC's?

What is a skrill statement? As it's new there are obviously no transactions on there (except the $10 i put in to test the speed from my bank account)
