2  Other / Beginners & Help / Unknown receiving address when solo mining litecoin on: November 25, 2012, 01:43:47 AM
Hi,
I've been using pools for a long time and decided to try solo mining, got my first block a few days ago :
http://explorer.litecoin.net/block/e408808c12acc304a8d12422108462ffd1907f5d9e6091d36b37f22c7c53b2b8

The coins show up in my wallet as Mined, to address "n/a" and show up in Litecoin block explorer as Unknown address.
I tried mining with P2Pool using -a myaddress and the receiving address show up as n/a in litecoin-qt too.

I did some research and found in some topic over there that it might be a litecoin-qt error.

Will I be able to use these coins? If yes how come coins can be sent from nowhere to a real address?

Screenie (indisponible in french client = n/a in english client) :

Thanks in advance
