I have 2 questions   1. In the red part, if i bet Cortulua and match result is draw, i will won or lost ? 2. What is the green part ? It shows maximum bet ? 1. You will lose the bet if the match is a draw. And yes the green part is the maximum bet you can make. Or actually might be the maximum win, since the amount seems too small. 1. In case of a draw you receive your money/btc back. If it would say -0.5 you would lose in case of a draw. |

My deposit wasn't credited in my account. So I tried to use addressgenerator@bitsport.bet, but "Address not found". I tried livechat and after showing the blockchain.info link with my confirmed transaction, she told me I need to contact my payment provider, because they didn't receive my payment! So I spent an hour on livechat without a resolution. Then I tried support@bitsport.bet and again "Address not found". So apparently this is the only way to communicate with you, can you fix this, and can you get rid of the livechat, because it is extremely frustrating talking about a bitcoin payment with somebody without a clue about bitcoin. What does " Anytime Wincast" mean ? I see this kind of bet on MU vs Man City. Anytime-> Rooney to score anytime during the match (1st goal, 3rd goal or last goal, doesn't mather). Wincast-> Man Utd to win. So if Man Utd wins and Rooney scores, you are a winner. |
