Same to me. No order on my "View Order Page". Ticket opend last Friday and no answer.

I have the same here. My order is not visible in Avalon store. - oder on 02.Feb. and no confirmation. - opened a ticket on 03.Feb. which was closed on same day with "Hi XXXX, your order appears correctly in our system." - as statet in the last Avalon news letter at 19.Apr. opend a new ticket which is still open
