Today you've killed again all the action for your players with inadequate changes. Rising minimum players of Guaranteed MTTs from 6 to 8. On my 1st tournament we were 7 players and it got canceled. I was WTF??? Then saw - ahhh, they made another unannounced shady change. Then almost nobody was even trying to fill those MTTs.

You are doing it to save money from added, but guess what? You didn't save a sh*t. Just players moved to added money SNGs. Then you've killed those SNGs too...

Just you are getting some player pool and players starts playing in your room more regularly and BOOM AGAIN! You are killing the action by yourself. This is now the right way to do business and keep players. Especially with the start of FortuneJack poker room few days ago. Nitrogen are also having 100-500mBTC guaranteed tournaments last few days with just 2 minimum players requirement.

I'm sure the person who is managing your poker room doesn't played more than 10 hands in his life. Otherwise wouldn't add 3888 starting stacks and adding/removing tournament and requirement in matter of hours. Without announces without anything.

Also one of your SNG have 1% tax, another 5%, without difference in buy-in, structure or payment pool. 100+1 and 100+5?? Others are similar, from 1% to 10% without any logic why is 1% or 10%.

OK. BIG to be I'm usually playing 5-15 MTTs stars and i'm writing only when my tables drop under 6. Eating chars is standard.

You are doing great promotions and your latest SnGs are great. But people get confused because you dont have any announces/promotions page on your site with explanations.


Here are some more suggestions because i start hating few fortunejack software and dont want to move there:

1. ADD promotion page on your site and write exactly what are you offering.

2. ADD rules/faq poker page where you are explaining rules, current rake structure, current leaderboard size, etc. Because now people need to guess about rake, 1% on HU and 5% on 3+ layers. Another example is leaderboard cut in half this week.

3. RENAME SNGs from Guaranteed to Added. Because you are Adding money on these. Your software have weird structure and yesterday people doesnt realize you are adding 3-27 mBTC of your own pocket every on new SNG played just because lack of communication, missing FAQ and weird names/software/starting date/min & max players. To clarify - new SNG are giving like prize pool for 6 players but just on 4 registrered!

4. Reduce stack size on all SNGs with buy-in. 3848 starting stack on the new ones are way too much. I played omaha and it took over a hour! Reduce it to 1500 or make SNGs turbo.

About leaderboard money i believe all top 10 players didt get the money in weeks. This week i'm again on 1-rst spot.

Could you please check Leaderboard for Highest Weekly Tournament stakes? Username: genata. For the second consecutive week I did NOT receive payment from it and I was in top sports. First week I thought i miscalculated my balance because I was offline. But this week I just didn't received it. And it some error, because I'm getting all others like Highest Daily and more. Also ask in chat one other user - he didn't get it either.

I want to make few suggestions: remove chat pop-up. I believe it is very annoying for returning customers every time to be asked do they need help. When user needs it, he will find it. Add normal buy-in sit and goes. And if it possible to add desktop notification when tournament start.

Last few days we are managing from time to time to play it with 6-7 poeple but most of the time they got canceled. They totally worth it! You are getting 10-40mbTC for free per game!

Adding rake is putting you behind Nitrogen, because they have bigger player pool and cash game freerolls. And betcoin.am are offering 70-190% rakeback (if you start table). And I don't find any incentive to play cash with you beside your LB.

I'm 100% agree that their promos are more than generous!. In past 20 days I won over 900mBTC from freerolls and LB.

BUT I'm not OK with the way they cut those promos. Suddenly, quietly like "lets cut them, I'm sure nobody will notice it" thinking. Why we should announce it like the "Huge" one and so on.
